consistently drop calls in the surrounding area. It is now May and we still cannot make phone calls from our own apartment!! If there was an emergency and we couldn't make a call out for help then what?? Every time we've tried to get an answer on when the tower will be completed, we get this type of reply (this was the latest): "We have still not been, and likely will not be, provided with a completion date and anything that you?ve heard from any Sprint personnel, whether in store or on the phone, is completely speculative. We?ve seen lots of delays as the network technicians work out in the elements and they cannot work on electrical equipment in the rain and snow."
How does it take almost 4 months to work on a tower? I've also been in the store on US 31 multiple times, about 4 times within a week and a half, due to phone issues, and left every single time with no assistance whatsoever. They even expect us to continue to pay the full bill amount each month...why should we have to pay for a service we are not receiving? They aren't fulfilling their end of the contract, why should we? We have looked into getting out of the contract but they have told us it would be $600+ for both lines just to cancel because of how new we are into our contract. It's that or stay with their terrible service, those are the two options we've been given. We were hoping to hold out because we thought surely it wouldn't take another month to fix the tower, yet here we are with no updates, no help, and incomplete service.
In trying to get responses from the company, I've been in touch with over 5 different individuals-I do not want to be passed around, I just want assistance!!
I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone and I can only hope that I can help save someone else from experiencing these same issues.
