It went well. He called about half an hour before he arrived, both within the times expected. He did a complete inspection as part of our preventative maintenance program and did not find any problems. "No problems to report" is very reassuring with the kind of weather we've been having.

The dispatcher did not call ahead of time as promised. When the kid got there, I overheard him saying to someone on the phone that he had no idea how to figure out what was wrong with my furnace. He later told me he may or may not be able to get a mystery part (he could not name the part) that would work to fit my furnace, but that I should be contacted by their "Comfort Team" to buy a new furnace during the next week. This all happened on a Saturday in February. Later Saturday, I saw his report, which said I was not going to be there all weekend, so there was no hurry. I have no idea where he got that notion. I was there, and my house was 45 degrees. I called on Monday at 8:00 a.m. and was told the part was found and would be in sometime during the morning. I was instructed to call back in a few hours. I called at noon, and was told the part might come in at 2:00 in the afternoon. The monotone call center matron who identified herself as "Amber" or maybe "Amanda" told me she had no idea when I would be put on their schedule so that the part could actually be installed. I asked if I could pay extra to have someone come after hours (if their schedule was full during the afternoon and evening). She said that they do not do "after hours" calls. I asked if I could pick up the part, pay for it, and have someone else install in the middle of the night if necessary. She said no. This review might sound unreasonable, but I assure you that if you had spent two February nights in a home that is 45 degrees, you would be unhappy too. I do not understand why this company has no emergency, after-hours service. To anyone reading this review, find a company that has after-hours service because when your furnace doesn't work in the winter, scheduling three or four days out is not going to cut it.

We are happy with the work. We converted our system from electric to gas, and the professionals at Airtron walked us through this lengthy process. The salesperson (Blake) was very knowledgeable about this process and always answered my questions promptly and thoroughly. The men who did the installations were polite and efficient. They also took time out to explain our new thermostat and best way to even out the heat in our bilevel home.

Fine, everything checked out fine.

Airtron tried twice to repair the problem. On the first try they could not find the problem but said everything was fine. Second time they actually found the problem which appears to be related to the original installation not being done correctly. They said they fixed it. They also said the thermostat which they originally installed was bad (second time) but was no longer under warranty. ($600.00 to repair) Problem was either not fixed or failed with in 1 week. We have had problems since it was installed it is a Bryant 80+ with heat pump. Airtron did a good job the first couple of years we used them but their service is getting steadily worse

I have to give a shout out to Airtron. We came home last night to a horrible noise and then a burnt smell came through the registers. It didn't take long to ascertain the furnace was out. The tech at Airtron walked us through some troubleshooting on the phone and then came out around 11 pm. The motor and capacitor were replaced and he was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We are on a monthly plan with Airtron, so the entire bill of over $1000 was free. I highly recommend Airtron and their Essential Homecare plan. It really has saved us money and puts you on a priority list for emergencies like this.

I was very pleased with the work and the price. I had gotten estimates from several companies and Airtron seemed to be the best choice. They gave me several options, explained each and what would be involved, They were not pushy. I've used them before and will use them again if needed.

They have been very good. It took several trips for them but they did get things done well. Part of this was due to us not living in the house at the time to be fair. Overall they were good and we will continue to use them.

Our Consultant shared a great savings opportunity available to us and we were able to switch from electric to gas with little out of pocket costs up front. The installers were on time and completed the work efficiently. I would highly recommend Airtron for repairs, consulting to full installs. Their maintenance plans are also worth it!

was not contacted in a timely manner. When finally contacted, appt was set w/representative. No one ever showed up for appt. When called, they advised I did not have an appt. Rep called back and advised he had the wrong date written down, even though when appt was set, the date and time were confirmed with the rep.

Airtron did as they said they would do. They called prior to arriving with a 30 min lead time. The technician arrived and performed the service then explained the outcome.

the team that came were prompt, called before arrival and super friendly and easy to work with. There was one issue where a few hours after install and the AC started blowing as heat. When I called they put me in line for the on-call evening tech and he was able to fix but it was nearly midnight and seems like the issue came from the first tech doing something in a not ideal way. Overall they were great.

Very well, it was a female technician so I was more comfortable with her being in my home.And she was professional and did a great job.

Resolved problem, found that housing developer contractors had improperly installed compressor line in basement. Once corrected, vibration felt throughout house ceased.

Ray was our sales person, and was knowledgeable. We have used Airtron for regular maintenance for a couple years with good results. We got several quotes for good measure to replace our heat pump system, and went with Airtron. We were scheduled within a couple days. Kyle and Adam did our install. They were professional and friendly, answering our questions while working efficiently. Happy with the work they did, and love our new heat pump!
