Description of Work: We purchased the annual tune up plan and scheduled our fall tune up. The service guy was very friendly and talked me through everything he was doing. He then discovered some cracks on the inside (15 year old furnace that was built to last for 7) and legally could not turn it back on. He explained my options and gave me tips on picking a new furnace. The sales rep came out that same day and was not pushy at all. It was a Friday afternoon and the new furnace was installed Monday morning. Thankfully it was a very mild winter and this was during the streak of 70* days.

Description of Work: I had a great experience with my AC repair with Airtron. They also had installed my furnace nine years ago. Rachel in the office discussed my options when I told her my AC not responding when turned on. I got the yearly care package and Jonathon came out and replaced my capacitor. He was excellent.

Description of Work: Employees of Aitron are always polite, curtious, very professional and always on time. They just replaced my entire AC unit and did an excellent job. Once finished they explained details of my new unit, what they did and some small modifications that were made and why. They were very thorough.

Description of Work: Performed a fine HVAC maintenance and found cracks in the heat exchangers. Very professional and no problem with the service, however, in discussing replacing the furnace, which would be required, only raised the most expensive options that would require retooling venting, moving hot water heater, etc. Went with a different service to replace on home warrenty.
