+ -1 moreThe people who came to our home at the beginning did a really good job; however, the rate charged was way too high due to it being charged on an hourly basis. They did, however, honor my request to do a one-charge for cleaning so that their people didn't take their time on purpose. Unfortunately, different areas in my house were starting to be missed in the cleaning process, and I had a complaint every single time. They either didn't clean the area or did a very poor job. Also, when I complained about how the surfaces of my bathroom felt, that was not addressed either. Unfortunately, I chose not to use this service any longer due to their inability to provide the services paid for.
Description of Work: The provider was hired to do biweekly house cleaning.

+ -1 moreSince the experience I was asked to review her services (through Living Social) and did. She responded unprofessionally in the forum and followed up with additional comments and even called me to discuss the situation.
Description of Work: I used a Living Social Coupon for cleaning my home. The owner is the service provider. She was personable and did a good job but took too long. I specifically stated that the kitchen needed a good cleaning and she gave it a wipe down because she ran out of time. I also had to pay for an additional hour.
