Description of Work: Shamrock Builders replaced my roof and gutters following storm damage. As I am in the insurance business and have seen so many scams and shoddy workmanship over the years, I was not looking forward to this. Tom and Mike at Shamrock were very professional and responsive. I was very satisfied with all aspects of the job ( quality, price etc. ). I would recommend Shamrock Builders to anyone.

+ 2 moreShamrock has always done excellent work for me and has always been professional and knowledgeable. The peace of mind in knowing that the job will be done as promised and at an honest price is something hard to quantify. One word comes to mind when I think of Shamrock ……… integrity.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced roofs on home, carriage house, mini barn and commercial office building. Installed new gutters and gutter covers on home and new gutters on office building. Replaced four sky lights and an oversized garage door. When they were done, everything was clean and in good order.

+ -1 moreI thought they did a great job. Their price was competitive. There were a couple upgrades that they threw in and a few that we did as well. Because we were able to get the okay from the insurance company the job was able to start within a week. They finished the work within two days. They did an excellent clean up job. They are friendly and we are more than will to use them again. The last company that put out roof on did a few things incorrectly and they were able to fix them.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job. They re-did our roof after it was damaged by a hail storm. Their price was very competitive. The job was completed over a weekend and did not have any negative impact on our business. They cleaned up and were gone leaving just a new roof when we came back to work on Monday. They built the building five years ago and have done a great job of helping us take care of it. They do quality work when repairs are needed, but so far the roof is the only major job needed since we moved in.
