Service Plus Heating Cooling Plumbing

It went very well. The technician was professional, punctual and provided helpful bits of information. The service call was originally just for the faucet and garbage disposal but the technician was aware enough to ask about the water softener. It just so happens that I had started troubleshooting issues with it the night before. He conducted a hard water test and low and behold, the softener is not working. He made some recommendations on how to resolve this for me. The faucet ended up needing to be replaced and the technician provided me a quote on a new one. I passed on it as it wasn't going to be cheap to fix. What I liked was that there was no pressure to buy it from them. I'll shop around for a better deal on installing the faucet. All in all it was a great experience.

The guy who came out to do the work was really rude. He had been to my house about a year earlier to work on the same problem and said because he had previously told me to replace the sewer line, he woudn't work on it again. He ended up doing it because I had purchased a coupon for the work through Angie's List. For the record, I did have the sewer line replaced...by a different company.

Second time using this company--first was for emergency call last fall when CO2 sensors went off. This time was an Angie's List Deal for A/C inspection and tune-up. Both times they were very responsive and able to quickly get a technician out to the house. Each technician was friendly and professional and took great care to explain what they were doing. Both also gave me information on their annual maintenance service agreement but did not try to hard sell it when I explained I wasn't ready to make that commitment without a few more positive experiences with the company. That won them as many points as their good service! They also sent a nice card a few days later expressing their appreciation for my business. They're definitely in my short list of contractors to call and are moving up the list with each experience.

We have used Service Plus for about a year now for different issues with different appliances. We have always been impressed with their work and their professionalism, but they went above and beyond this time. We'vve been working with Thomas for about a week now. When he first came to our home to inspect our air conditioner, he was very thorough and went over all of his findings me very clearly with my wife and I. He went out of his way to assist us with submitting a claim with our home warranty company, which then helped us to pay for a replacement unit. We would absolutely refer Service Plus to our friends and family, and will likely request Thomas on future jobs.

They gave us a quote on all the services but we ended up going with other service provider. They are very good and deal price was good. I would consider using them in the future.

The service did not work out, because when they came out, it was going to entail too much work, and it just wasn't going to be worth it. I had it taken care of by another place. I didn't think that what I had thought they were going to do matched up with what they said when they came. The quote was too high.

That was awful, absolutely horrible. It was a bait and switch. It was the worst contractor I have ever had. They did a horrible job. I had to have them out 3 or 4 times afterwards. They did a shoddy job of installation. I had to have them fix it over and over again and it is still not working right. They told me I needed one thing, then they came and convinced me I needed something bigger. It doesn't work right. It was very frustrating. The guy I talked to promised a bunch of stuff, didn't come through. The team that they sent out to install it was just rotten. They were obviously very inexperienced and did shoddy work and it took a long time. One guy was really nice and helpful but other than that, it never was resolved to a point where I am happy. I badmouth them every time I can.

They are very responsive, they come whenever we need them, and they're very reasonable in their price. I ended paying ninety-nine so that I could buy a one year maintenance agreement for the buyer. It's like they take care of them for a whole year, they're warranted for the whole year.

I purchased a deal for $99 for $200 worth of plumbing services. This is the first time that I felt the deal purchased HAD NO $$$ VALUE!!! I have used Service Plus twice before for plumbing repairs, and thought the service was great. However, when Brian, plumber, gave me a quote of $187.00, with the additional $200 of plumbing services added, in essence this brought the total price of the job to $387.00. I thought this was an exorbitant price for the work being performed. I asked to speak to Brian's supervisor. I talked to the plant manager re the price to see if an adjustment could be made, and Bob informed me that the price that Brian quoted me was non-negotiable. Then Brian said he misunderstood that I had purchased coupons, and with my $25 customer appreciation coupon and Angie's List coupon he readjusted the price for the job to $83.38.

Went very well the tech was very through and very nice we purchased a maintenance agreement also came with free plumbing inspection and price was right on will be using in future.

I called and tried to schedule appointment, while talking to the SP we found out that it would be impossible for them to conduct the services due to the way my plumbing equipment is set up.

As always, Dave was efficient, thorough, and professional in checking out the air-condition unit and the flow of air. After completing his work, Dave explained what he had noticed, how to correct it, and possible solutions. He took the time to help me understand what was needed, and how the solutions would provide a better overall cooling system. I really appreciated the time he took to make sure I understood what was being recommend and how it would improve the cooling of our house. The Service Plus technicians always go the extra step to really educate and to make you feel comfortable that you have received the best and most honest appraisal of what is best for your home. All of this was free as part of my yearly service agreement; the cost shown above was for my yearly renewal)

Technician arrived, looked at the problem. Then he did some adjusting with a screw driver. We turned the water back on and it worked like new. Super grateful for the wonderful service. Will use this company in the future for sure.

Dean from Service Plus cleaned out my main drain. There was not a problem with it but more of a maintenance item. However after the work was started he was pulling out a significant amount of roots. It really ended up having quite a bit of roots in it and I have to commend Dean for the incredibly hard work he put into it. Soon after Brian arrived to do a video inspection which revealed the need to replace the line sooner than later. Both Brian and Dean were extremely professional and friendly and lead me through all aspects of what they were finding in the video and the work that would be necessary to replace it. Fantastic job by both of them and I highly recommend Service Plus.

The company was prompt, showed up when scheduled very courteous, quick and professional. I had the tenants at the house and she stated that they were able to answer all her questions. I was not expecting to have to pay for a new system but Service Plus gave me options and explained why it needed to be replaced. I did not feel like they were trying to sell me their services. The new system comes with an excellent warranty program for parts. I have been very pleased with their service and professionalism. I would highly recommend them to someone else and I will definitely be using them in the future.

Company provided professional service from initial point of contact to final product installation. Thomas, Product Sales, accurately described product line available and was available to answer all questions presented. Installers, Jon and Patrick, were polite and provided professional installation. Company is responsive and customer service oriented. My intent is to begin utilizing Service Plus for my future plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning service / repair needs.

It went well, took a little longer than expected. They tech got here later than expected because he had another job or something. No big deal, I took the day off anyway. The price was kind of high for me but nothing unexpected. The work was professional from what I can tell. I'm not plumber. He fixed the problem and didn't seem to be hiding anything from me. I felt like I could trust him to tell me the truth. That means a lot to me.

It was terrible. That company was a scam. The guy that came was a scammer. They told us that we had a crack in the heat. They turned off our heat and when we called the home warranty company, they told us that it wasn't true. And I saw in the news that that company was doing that all over the place so it's F. We'd never use them again. They turned off the heating because they said there was a crack but there wasn't.

This provider had one person, Jeremiah, who looked specifically at the plumbing. Very professional, honest and provided pictures to me along with an estimate to have a shower fixed that another company botched. I am the owner and live in another state, so it was refreshing to have him call me directly after the inspection to discuss issues that he was concerned about with the house. He even went back into the house to do another inspection (same day) to look at a concern the tenant forgot to mention. The service person for the HVAC was Danny. He did a very thorough job doing the inspection. Although, the inspection did not bring good news, I was happy to know the job would be done quickly and to standards. Overall I would highly recommend this company. They are very straightforward and honest with their assessments. They do not try and sell you their products/services - only suggest what is happening or what may happen in the future if the issues are not taken care of with your home.

Outstanding service, very congenial employees. Extremely professional, prompt, and trustworthy. When I noticed an issue the next day, they came out on a weekend at no charge and made the adjustment. Recommend without reservation.

We stayed home from work to meet the scheduled time. The time was set between 9:00 and 12:00. They came around 2:00 p.m. I thought it was too much money for the installation. $99.00 was to cover $200 worth of service and we paid an additional $155.00. They were polite and nice. The toilet leaked and they came back out a few days later and fixed the problem - no cost.

No initial estimate was given. He did save me money by telling me about the deal they had on Angie's List for the "Big Deal" and it was approx $200. Overall, it was a good experience!
