Service Plus Heating Cooling Plumbing

Description of Work: An estimate was given on a new HVAC and water heater. I found the technician that originally came out and the individual that gave me our estimate to be incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. I will definitely use this company in the future for any repairs.

Description of Work: I used their services for for a big deal for 2 Hours of Plumbing Labor. He did some additional work as well.

Description of Work: Service Plus did a good job as usual. However, service wasn't as execellent as usual. We had some issue with scheduling. When the service man did come, he didn't give me the note pad and pen that Gabe had always done (just a little thing). The service man performed the service fine except he didn't bring a new filter as had been done in the past. He said he'd drop off a new one, which he hasn't done. I saw him write that down on the service order. With the service so outstanding in the past, both fall and spring, I was a little disappointed this time.

Description of Work: The time was set up for Thursday by 1PM and they showed up on Saturday after noon just prior to the service date. After waiting for the total of ten day I called them back and I still received no photos ( it was suppose to be on a flash drive) and I still have nothing to go on just the copy of the receipt.

Description of Work: Upstairs bathtub drain was cleared of construction debris left by the previous flippers. The plumber also checked the bathtub faucet and provided an estimate. Then he adjusted the downstairs towlet to eliminate a running toilet issue without charging extra. Very nice and professional service.

Description of Work: I purchased the $99.00 special for the replacement of the outdoor hose faucet. When the workmen arrived and they saw that I lived in a home with a crawl space, they informed me there would be an additinal $129.00 Crawl Space Access Fee???? Absolutely nothing about this fee was discussed in any of the information that I received from Angies List or from Service Plus. I will be very wary of future Big Deals from Angie's list and especially from Service Plus.

Description of Work: I had Service Plus out for work three different times. First to clean out the dryer vent. I had alot of lint in the drier and it worked much better after SP came out. Next I had them out to service the A/C. It was working fine but is old and service person spent an hour or so and cleaned everything. He did not put in a new filter. I was hoping that was part of the check up. Lastly I had them out for the 2 hrs. of plumbing for $99. Worker installed new inside of toilet tank. He spent quite a long time with other toilet to get it running faster. He said that I might need a heavier machine to snake it or perhaps even new toilet. Toilet is still not running correctly but I have not called them. I think I need a new toilet and can't afford it at this time.

Description of Work: I bought big deal from them to repair my leak for my sink, and they quickly scheduled an appointment. He arrived on time, and very professional. He fixed the problems quickly. Not only help me fix the problem, and also provide infomation on what I should do in the future if similiar problem happened. He also introduce me for the maintainance plan from their company, which it is really suitable for my need. Everything is perfect. I love it. The only unsatisfaction of this was when I contacted with them for maintainance plan, I didn't have timely response. It is still pending. However, all their survices are great.

Description of Work: Our air conditioner went out during the 105 degree weather in June, 2012. We called and asked for immediate service because one of our household members had just returned from having a hip replacement. We did get a service man that day, he discovered the need for a new A/C and it was installed very soon. We would suggest this business is reliable, polite and efficient.

Description of Work: I called for a couple of different reasons. I needed some drains cleaned and my furnace serviced. The furnace was serviced first. Great job. The tech cleaned it out, tested it and advised of areas to watch as well as recommendations for the future all in a no pressure environment. Since the weather has turned chilly in the last couple of days I am glad I took advantage of the early bird special to have it checked now. The other items were a couple of slow draining drains in the basement. The tech was very good at explaining what options I had as well as possible solutions. He quoted me an estimate for the "ideal" situation as well as the worst case scenario. We have not moved forward with either option yet, but when we do, we will be going with Service Plus.

Description of Work: The service man was very nice and knowledgable, however, I was charged $129.00 for a crawel space fee. The problem was under the house. When I made the appt., I was VERY CLEAR, explaining the service man would have to be in the crawel space. I should have been told ON THE PHONE abaout the additional charge. The was not a '$99.00 dolar special. I'm on a fixed income, I was not happy!!

Description of Work: I had a prelisting inspection. From it I learned that I had some problems, ie, water heater not braced plus needed some screws and a flue cap. Kitchen sink leaking, and a pipe in crawlspace needed braced. PLUS THE REPORT SHOWED THAT WATER PRESSURE REDUCING VALVE WAS NEEDED. The valve was not needed as S.P. checked pressure and it was o.k. This was the first time I used Service Plus's plumbing services and I was very pleased. The gentleman who did the work was clean,professional, and punctual and honest. I also use S. P. for my heating and cooling. I have a maintenance agreement and I am very satisfied.
