He explained that it was not leaking and did not need to do any work. He didn't even try to up-sell me on any other work. He was very honest, saved me money, and was great overall.

Description of Work: We bought a new washer/dryer, and they helped us install the plumbing and electricity. It's now in our office. We were very happy with how everything turned out. It was even better than we thought. When we tried to imagine how it would look, it doesn't look anything like a laundry. We got the metal color, and it looks very good in our office. It looks like one of the recording machines. They did it very quickly, and we're very pleased. I would recommend them.

Description of Work: They were not able to fix one toilet due to it's advanced age so he suggested moving the one from the main level to replace the basement one and purchasing a new one for that area. Now the one moved to the basement is leaking and they are coming out tomorrow to repair it.
