Description of Work: The company scheduled two visits -- one to perform the drain clean-out and a follow-up visit to do the camera inspection. Both service calls were prompt and professional. Even though the camera inspection took a bit longer to complete than anticipated, the technician was patient and took his time to sort out the issues, putting together a detailed estimate for fixing the problems that were found and talking through the pros and cons of lots of different drain line repair techniques.
