They came out and realized that the saddle valve they were said was problem was for the fridge and not the himidifier. They turned on the humidfier saddle valve and it worked. No real plumbing needed just consultation. I got my money back from control tech for this service call

We wanted to have a plumber on site to inspect the pipes and handle any necessary repairs when the water was turned back on. Service Plus sent Jonathon and he was very helpful.

Based on further discussions, they recommended a solution to fix a lousy vent in my Master BR. I couldn't be more happy with their customer service. I gave the ok for that but the service person yelled at me saying no credit for drain cleaning coupon because the job wasn't bid high enough. He claimed he was new and the others didn't know how to price jobs.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for $66 for $265 of Professional Plumbing Services. I had a leaky outside faucet during the winter. They came and shut off the water but they did not repaired the faucet. I think it was an emergency and this was all they could do for the time but they got here in a timely fashion. He gave me estimate to have the work done when it was appropriate, but it was just too expensive. I got it fixed by a different company later.

Description of Work: Overall, the service was very good, and the plumber who presented to my home was very professional and courteous. You just need to prepare yourself that fixing water damage is costly any way you slice it. I most definitely would use this company again.
