Description of Work: Cleared main house drain. The service tech did a great job.

Description of Work: The guy came to flush but he asked me questions first such as when it was the last time I had the water heater flushed. I confessed that I learned about it first time recently and haven't done it before so the heater hasn't been flushed for nearly ten years. The plumber advised against doing it or it will crack the tank. Instead he did inspection and fixed the leaky toilet a bit. Asked for quote to have a outdoor water hose faucet replaced but price was pretty steep so I declined.

Description of Work: It was great, they were good. The service was great. We were happy with them

Description of Work: They replaced my A/C, both the outside condenser unit and the cooling coils inside, plus they reconfigured the ducting and furnace vent, and installed a filter box. All the work was performed very well, with professionalism and of the highest quality. The only issue I had was they were late and didn't call to notify me.

Description of Work: There was difficulty with contact from them. The service scheduler took down the wrong address as well as the wrong phone number. I called them back when they had not shown up by 5:00PM and not called me (difficult with the wrong number) to confirm that they were still coming out to service the AC unit. The service tech was GREAT and his quick diagnosis and repair more than made up for the problems with the bad contact information.

Description of Work: They asked $300 for a job I ended up doing myself for $20 in parts and 10 minutes time. Way overpriced!

Description of Work: They were very responsive and on time for the appointment. Cleaned out the drain, removing a lot of roots and debris; came back to do a closer inspection of drain with camera and provided detailed information about what needed to be done.

Description of Work: They put in a new furnace and AC for us. Our ancient furnace finally gave out during the cold winter. We decided to replace both to get a better deal and better efficiency. They came out the day after we called and they told us how to get one last blast of warm air the night before they came so we were not really cold. When it came time for AC this summer, the AC didn't seem to be blowing cool air so they came back out and found some crossed wires. The problem was fixed right away and they came back out to replace one final part.
