Description of Work: checked furnace on a property we were rehabbing to ensure it was still in good working order, they were on time and gave us a breakdown of everything they checked and cleaned. Very easy to work with.

Description of Work: I contacted them because my mother had two leaks in her water system. One was in the bathroom and the other outside (which of course was not the responsibility of the water company). The plumber explained everything to me as he was fixing the problems. When it was all said and done, it was less expensive than originally thought. Service Plus followed up with a phone call a couple of days later to make sure we were satisfied. I will use them again in the future should the need arise. Their quote was comparable to a couple of other companies that also came out. All in all, a great experience from start to finish.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for $49 for a Water Heater Flush, Comprehensive Plumbing Inspection and $100 Credit. They also installed a new heat pump.

Description of Work: I scheduled this appointment to have a drainage assembly installed in one of my bathrooms. I assumed the company would come and do the installation; however, the company rep. explained that it would be best to purchase new and complete drainage assembly parts. He said that the installation of a 'complete' drainage assembly package was preferable because the parts of the package would be more likely to fit properly together than would a separate drainage part (which I had) being installed into an existing drainage assembly. It made perfect sense, but I wish someone would have explained that to me when I called and made the appointment. I did not follow up with this vendor and the work was never done, so that was money wasted. It was my fault.

Description of Work: AC tune up. They did a great job and we have already had them come back to resolve another issue with our water softener.
