Description of Work: They inspected my heat pump/air conditioner unit for leaks. They discovered that compressor was bad and was tripping the breaker constantly. They recommended that I call the manufacturer that installed the unit and take advantage of the warranty. They were very helpful. The original installer of the unit was DialOne A/C and Heating. I would never use them. They would not honor the warranty because it is not transferrable to a new home owner. What is the point of a warranty if it is non-transferrable? The warranty is for the equipment not a person.

Description of Work: Everything went very well; however, several days afterward, I discovered that the water turn-off valve was actually in the wrong place, as was the pressure release valve. They did not check to see if the shut-off actually did shut off the water, which it did not. I have been out of town since then, so I will have to call them back to see what can be done.

Description of Work: Had them service 2 toilets. After he left, 1 of them kept 'running'. I called them, and they were out the next day, at no additional charge, and made it right. But, I'm one of those people who expect it to be done right the first time.
