Description of Work: We returned home on Dec 31 to water running in the garage. As expected, it was difficult to find someone to come out on New Year's eve. The wait was less than other firms estimated. Once here, the work was performed quickly and professionally.

Description of Work: unclogged floor drain and bathtub drain. floor drain went well. we used a $59.00 angie's list coupon. bath tub drain not as good. we were not able to take advantage of an existing angie's list coupon so they were pricey.

Description of Work: They were to clean and tuneup my furnace. They seem to of done a good job until another heating contractor came out to install a flu inducer motor 1 week later. This contractor pointed out all of the dirt that was still inside the furnace. They also had pointed out that the contacts were not even touched. Needless to say the 2nd contractor had to do a recleaning before they installed the part.

Description of Work: We had our water heater go out, and called them to service it. They couldn't get us in until Monday, but ended up having an opening Friday night so came early to help fix the problem. They were able to get the pilot light going, and even stayed a little longer to answer the questions we had about the water heater and other fixtures in the utility room. They were very knowledgeable and took the extra time to explain everything to us!

Description of Work: They came and installed gas furnace to replace the old one that was on its way out. Lex provided great service all around and his installers were very quick and did the job in about 2.5 hours. Would recommend them to anyone!

Description of Work: They came out and checked for a leak, but didn't find one. They were very helpful in helping us to locate the leak.

Description of Work: Everything went great. I used the SnapFix app to schedule everything and the service provider showed up early and completed the work in a professional and timely manner. I am absolutely going to use ServicePlus again as they take the hassle out of hiring service providers.

Description of Work: Repairman was punctual (early actually), courteous and professional. Took the necessary time to properly clean the kitchen drain.

Description of Work: Tree roots had grown into my sewage pipe. Service Plus dug up the old pipe and replaced it with a new one. They also installed a clean out device. |They are great to work with. |My only poor experience was with clean up.They left a large section of the old clay pipe behind. I could not put that out with the trash and it took a couple of calls before they came to pick it up. |I have called them for many plumbing problems and this is the ONLY experience I have had that wasn't top notch.

Description of Work: The estimate was $790.00 to fix a toilet that was not flushing properly and replace an outdoor spigot. I was able to buy the parts needed and fix both myself for less than $40.00. Obviously trying to take advantage of the situation. I would not recommend these guys.

Description of Work: Good company. But prices are a little high when compared to other comparably rated companies. They tried to help diagnose an intermitent issue. It may not be a plumbing issue.

Description of Work: When I bought a coupon for toilet tune-up/repair, I was told that I will be contacted in 2 business days. However, I had to give them a call after 5 business days to schedule an appointment. I was hoping that I will atleast be able to identify source of the slow leak in my toilet if not get it fixed. during the appointment, plumber just visually inspected the toilet without removing any parts and suggested to replace valve/flapper. When I told him that i have already changed the valve and the flapper, he suggested to change the entire toilet. I think I wasted my money and did not get anything out of the coupon.
