Description of Work: Cleaned out my main drain. It didn't fix the problem though, so they send out a camera-man (no charge :) ) to see what was clogging things up, turned out it was a cap or something about the same width as the pipe blocking it off so the rotor rooter couldn't get it out.

Description of Work: Service cal related to a home inspection issue, install a drip leg on the gas line to a water heater. Upon inspecting the water heater and seeing the date of the install of the heater, I was advised by Service Plus that the original installer should be asked to install the drip leg for no charge as it should have been done at the time of the installation. (I did, & they did) Service plus could have gone ahead with the work and charged me and I would not have known any difference. They chose instead to help me and have now gained a customer for life.
