Description of Work: Installed new air conditioner. Did not cool for the first three days. Service had to come back out after installation to add more coolant. It too quite a few conversations with customer service to get them to finish the installation. They wanted to put us on a wait list for up to a week. They did eventually agree to come out to finish.

Description of Work: Called to clean drain but the problem was due to tree roots in the outside system. It involved a lot more work to solve the problem, but I am satisfied that it was done right. The company representatives were very nice men and very polite.

Description of Work: Instalpromisewer pipes. My tenant was water back up in different areas of the house. The first technician unplugged the pipes as much as he could and warned me this may be only a temporary fix. It wasn't a good ten hours later before the tenants called again with back up problems again. I was promised someone go out and check again but also reminded of the fact that I may have a more serious problem which would cost more to do. Long story short I had to have sewer pipes replaced outside. The first job cost me about $1700 and the next job cost about an additional $5000. The first job included putting an access to the water pipes from outside there was no access on the inside, reseating the toilet and unplugging the pipes to try to stop the back ups in the house. Everyone from the office personnel to the technicians were very professional. The technicians made sure I understood what was going to be done and answered all my questions. They went beyond expectations by promising me to go out and take care of any back ups until they could come out and do the final work free of charge. I am so happy that I no longer receive numerous phone calls about water back upsThe tenants are happy too. I live out of state and it us very gratifying knowing that the work was done as if I was standing right there watching. I feel this company has indeed earned my trust. As far as the price I feel it was towards the middle range based on the research I did on sewer work but I did see much more higher prices.

Description of Work: Service Plus did a great job. They came in, assessed the situation, made 2 recommendations; fix the problem or replace the entire system. We went with a new furnace (the other was 13 years old). The following day, they came in, took the old one out and had the new one installed, ready to go. It works great. Appreciate the new thermostat too!

Description of Work: We had Service Pro come out and snake out sewer drain clean out. The process to schedule was easy and the receptionist was helpful. The plumber/technician was friendly and professional. He did encourage us to purchase a service plan. They suggested we needed our entire sewer line replaced and gave us an estimate of $16k, which seemed high.
