Description of Work: Gentleman was thoroughly professional, heavily experienced, very conversational, prompt and quick. Everything we could ask for from a service provider. An older gentleman, he had a great perspective to share about plumbing systems, water heating technology, etc.

Description of Work: Troubleshooting the cause of an excessive water bill i.e. checking for underground leak. Very professional and punctual young man diagnosed and solved the problem. Would highly recommend these folks.

Description of Work: I used the Big Deal for Service Plus Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. They did the inspection and they ended up fixing the service while they were there, which was I wanted the Big Deal in the first place. It just took about 5 degrees for it to kick back on in the middle. They fixed it.

Description of Work: They cleaned the drain so that it functioned, but had to return. A piece of the equipment broke, but they got another one and got the drain cleaned a second time. The camera showed broken tile; so I am looking for the best deal for replacing the tile. No problem with this company. They did their job.

Description of Work: We used an Angies List coupon to have this company clean and check our air conditioning unit. They did a good job and we would hire them again.

Description of Work: Told me that I needed a new heating and air conditioning system to the tune of $13,000+.. And also that I may have a freon leak... All incorrect according to the next service I used through my home warranty insurance.

Description of Work: We initially purchased their services to have them drain the water heater. After they arrived, they realized there was no sump pump and did not advise draining the water heater. We just recently purchased the home, are on a well and were having some problems. It was suggested we have the water heater drained and remove a rod that may be contributing to odors in the water. They were unable to drain it so we really didn't get the service we wanted but that wasn't their fault.

Description of Work: Thomas was great and very informative. We call Service Plus to get a second opinion after the home warranty company service provider told us everything was fine with our unit. Service Plus identified a larger issue and it was unfortunate that I could not use them to replace the unit. They did aid in me getting the unit replaced through the home warranty company. Great service and they have earned a life long customer! Keep working hard and doing a great job Thomas/Service Plus!

Description of Work: I had a bathtub faucet that dripped. Not a big problem, yet annoying. Service Plus responded quickly and set an appointment for the next working day. That appointment was postponed by Service Plus as there had been severe storms in the intervening weekend and they rightfully took care of those pressing problems for other customers and rescheduled me for a day later (I would appreciate that if I had been one of those with an emergency). The serviceman arrived promptly, carefully and cleanly replaced all of the springs and washers and other mysterious (to me) parts and left me smiling with a non-dripping faucet. Very happy with the work performed.

Description of Work: This was service for an annual check up and servicing of the air conditioning unit. He was on time, efficient, thorough, and explained everything he checked. He also recommended some additional services and explained why they were needed. He provided estimates for costs for those services and when they would need to be done. Last, but not least, he provided the list of services and recommendations electronically, with links to all the recommended services, so I could do further research of my own. I was impressed.
