Description of Work: Not good. There was no service. I wanted to use Angie's List's Big Deal to have my sewer line cleaned out since it had backed up in the last big rain. The Big Deal offered: $49 for Drain or Sewer Line Clearing, but when I was called to set up an appointment, I was told that it does not apply to a basement sewer drain. There's nothing in the description that says outdoor drain only, which is what the company told me the offer was for.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for $49 for a 20-Point Air-Conditioning Tune-Up at Service Plus Heating Cooilng Plumbing. The coupon code is HVAC-2068585-1. They were supposed to perform the service this coming Thursday (7/9). Unfortunately, our AC went out so the same company is coming to install a brand new AC unit instead. They told me that I could get my deal refunded from Angie's List because I won't be using it now that they are installing a new AC unit. Thanks

Description of Work: We had a backup of the drain in our shower. Service Plus indicated they could send a plumber the same day. Ryan arrived within a few hours of our call. He checked to make sure that our problem was isolated to the drain (which it was). The drain was so packed that it took longer than anticipated to clear. After he finished, I noticed quite a few dirty areas in the shower. Ryan asked if we had a stronger cleaning product (which we did) and he did get the area clean. Ryan also gave us tips for dealing with a sink drain that tends to back up - he unhooked the stopper so it can be removed. We also appreciated that we were charged a fixed price for the job, not an hourly rate! Ryan did offer us a service agreement but it was a soft sell.
