Description of Work: We had someone come out to give us an estimate because our air had quit working. He was very nice, respectful, and I felt comfortable having him in my home. I felt like he listened to us about what we needed and our price point. We ended up getting an entire new HVAC system (ours was well over 10 years old) and they gave us a discount on a new water heater as well. They installed it in a timely manner and again I was pleased with the employees I encountered. |A month in it seemed like our air wasn't working correctly. We called them and they came out on a Saturday and fixed it at no charge. There had been an issue with a part they received from their manufacturer.Three weeks went by and we noticed that on hotter days, it just didn't seem like it was cooling. I called and explained the issue; also I was five months pregnant at this point and HATED to be hot. Angie was amazing; she took great care of us. They sent out their top technician that day and within four hours it was fixed. There had been issue with how a dial was set and it was fixed. Again, at no charge. |We feel like we would use them again simply because the first issue wasn't their fault and while the second one was, their customer service was above and beyond. I understand that people make mistakes, but I care more about how they fix them. Service Plus showed me they go above and beyond for their clients.

Description of Work: Added 3 pounds of Freon. But charged me $400 ($500 -$100 angles list discount). I later found out that some one else paid $69 for the same service through another company. The installer even tried to sell me a brand new air conditioner. He stated that they cost at least $4,000 and I found they can be installed for much cheaper than that

Description of Work: They ran 2 gas lines in the home I kept getting gas fumes and after the 5th revisit from them it was corrected . Each technician was very kind and professional but I don't think they had the proper equipment to detect a gas leak? The gas company came out and immediately shut off our gas because of a leak. The came back for the 5th time & corrected the problem.

Description of Work: They were courteous, informative, and professional. However, it did seem that they were trying to sell me a new A/C unit, and the pricing for a new unit seemed very much on the high side.

Description of Work: The technician came out to service the AC unit. We were told that the compressor was going and that we would need to purchase a new unit in the near future. We were also told that we were low on Freon and quoted $150 to replace. We had another technician come out. We had Freon replaced for $30 (less than a pound needed). The unit is old, but the compressor is fine and the other issues reported were not found. | |I called a couple of times. The original tech ended up calling me back. He was a nice guy, professional, on time and courteous. He offered to have a supervisor call me and have someone else come out to review the info provided and evaluate the unit. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and agreed (in place of a refund). I have not received a call. I'm tired of calling them. I have requested a refund a couple of times, but have not received it.
