Yeah, my experience went very well. I mean he did the job and answered all the questions so it was fine. He was knowledgeable and gave us a lot of good advice.

The plumber that they sent was very nice and he was just fine. He took the time to evaluate the potential jobs that we had and wrote a very detailed quote. I thought the prices were pretty steep for the work they were doing. The Big Deal had expired and they said it was no problem and still scheduled me to use the deal.

When the technician was driving down my driveway he clipped the corner of my house and hit the gutter. It took a while to replace the guttering. They reimbursed me for replacing the gutters. He was fine-he was nervous because of hitting the house.

The service tech was on time inspected all drains in house for slowing draining water or partial clogged drains. He used a rotor rooter to unclogged a couple drains. All drains were flushing and or draining properly upon completion of the job.

They were there exactly when they stated that they would be and were done quickly. During the service, they informed me of everything that was being done before it was started. I even was given a list of future issues that needed to be addressed and a cost estimate for when I was ready to have the service completed. They did a great job.

He was a little arriving due to a previous service call however his supervisor called me to inform me of the situation. His supervisor accompanied him and personally apologized for the inconvenience. I was pleased with the promptness of the results. I wasn't happy about what he discovered but he offered me several options and an estimate of the repairs needed. I was VERY pleased! Thanks, Angie!

The service was great and they were very prompt, but it ended up costing a small fortune for a job that took about fifteen minutes. The toilet was leaking and all they needed to do was put new guts into the toilet. He was here, apparently for about ten minutes, did a great job my wife said, but it was too expensive so we certainly would never use them again. They called while they were coming en route, were courteous, did a nice job and were very professional in terms of their services. It was great, it was just that the cost seemed extremely high for the amount of time they spent.

My water heater was not working and the company that provide the warranty gave me two different companies to call for the repair, however their response time was two to three days, imagine going without hot water for three days. I opt to call Service Plus because I used them on my plumbing issues in July 2013, the service was great and response time excellent, so I called for service and a technician was out within two hours of my phone call. James was my tech and he was professional, explained every step of the repair and I enjoyed interacting with James. I have used Service Plus twice within the last three months and both times I have been pleased with the repair but most importantly the technicians have been professional. Thank you Service Plus.

We had 2 spickets replaced on the outside of our home. The first time we called them the plant that made the spickets had burnt so there was a delay. The second time we called they came out. They didn't seal one of them right and we called them 3 times before they came back out and fixed it.

The price was fair, the toilets are working still and they did a good job.

Jeremiah arrived on time to de-winterize a house we own. The water company had been out earlier but did not turn the water on at the street because we couldn't get into the house yet. But when Jeremiah arrived he turned the water on for me. He also helped me figure out how to get the fuse box turned on and the water heater turned on. He then de-winterized and took the time to show me how to turn the water heater off and on and what to do to watch for leaks. He also showed me some possible things to watch and how to flush the whirlpool tub. I felt that he was very professional and extremely helpful. He really went out of his way to help. I will be using this company again. He also took the time to work the bill different ways with the coupons available to make sure I got the best value. I couldn't have been more pleased with them.

They were very nice gave me suggestions because the age of the home. Everything is functional, but they didn?t find anything that needed to be repaired. I also purchased another service pack for my other rental property. They were very polite. They were patient and didn?t rush me off the phone or push anything on me. They took their time explaining everything to me. From the office to the actual technicians, everyone was very polite. They were punctual ? they showed up as they said they would. They said the technician would call me when he got finished to explain everything to me, which he did that. And he was very nice. They sent two technicians - one for the HVAC and one for the plumbing. I liked that they had two people. Each one was specialized. I?m out of town, and he was honest enough to tell me that he did not flush the hot water heater because of the age of the hot water heater, and he didn?t want to cause damage.

Everything went well. The first time they came out, they did not resolve my issue fully so they had to come back out. They were able to fix the problem the 2nd time and did not charge me for the second visit. He was pretty responsive to address my issues. An estimate for a three system was a little too much.

My experience with Service Plus Heating, Cooling and Plumbing was excellent. James - the Plumber - came out the very next day after I called for help. I had two sump pumps that weren't running correctly and was concerned they would fail and I would have a flooded basement (again). I have owned this home for four years, and in that time have had to have the sump pumps replaced three different times - each time after they failed and my basement flooded. I was at my wits end because I couldn't understand why the pumps were failing and up to this point no one that I had used before to replace the pumps could give me a reason as to why they kept failing. Was I constantly going to be on edge for fear my basement was going to flood again? This time, I searched through Angies List and found Service Plus Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. I am so glad I called them! They were able to get me help the very next day. James arrived at the scheduled time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was easy to talk to and explained things in a way that I could understand them, and gave me several different options to choose from. He determined that the type of sump pump I had was the problem and a different kind of sump pump would resolve the issue and I should have years before they would need to be replaced. James was pleasant, he did the best he could for me on cost but most of all he gave me piece of mind which I haven't had in quite some time. For any future plumbing, heating or cooling needs I will be sure to call Service Plus again. I couldn't be more pleased.

They were good. My comment is I guess the dispatcher didn't tell them what they were coming for but they thought they were coming for air conditioner tune up and they have to leave and come back.

Plumber did not have correct part on his truck. Ended up using PVC fitting instead of copper.

Great. They were fast and the only ones who would come out the same day. Will definitely use them again!

Scheduling was very easy and they got to us within a few days. They were very professional and did a good job. We used a Big Deal and got a service call + $100 credit towards the repair for $50. The drain replacement was $576 before the credit, which seems high given 1 person working for an hour. Otherwise, no complaints!

I bought a Big Deal about six months ago, but had to cancel a couple of appointments. Service Plus graciously agreed to honor the Big Deal. I had major issues (my fault) with scheduling, due to family issues, travel, a death in the family, but Service Plus re-scheduled and made it work. Two pleasant young men called ahead, as scheduled, showed up, put on booties, and checked out the requested work. They came back with three options, I agreed on the mid-price option, and they went to work. The work was completed in a timely manner, at the agreed upon price.

It went well. The technician explained the conditions in the sewer line as the video was taken. He was experienced and informative...just what we were looking for.

A Service Plus technician arrived as scheduled for the repairs. He started on fixing the garbage disposal. After throwing the breaker and hitting the reset button (we had done this before calling Service Plus), he said it was either an electrical problem or the garbage disposal needed replacement. It was going to cost $110 for him to check our electrical switch but he called and received approval to check to see if there was any power going to the switch without charging us extra (there was power). He then looked at the leaky RO water line and did not have the tools to fix the leak nor change our filters (we had replacement filters on hand). Most of the time spent was writing up an estimate for $1,337 of repairs. Our garbage disposal started working again 2 days later without a new $642 unit.

Great- no complaints at all. Everything went smoothly.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out okay. I paid $100 more than the deal. They did one thing but they came out with an extremely expensive price on doing a few other things. They are extremely high priced on every other service I proposed to them. I had a couple of other plumbing things I wanted done but it was $3,000 to do them.
