They were able to come to my house the day after I called. He arrived exactly on time. He took some time to explain about the plumbing in/under my slab. He had all the equipment and had it cleared in minutes. Very pleasant and successful experience. I would recommend Service Plus to anyone.

There was some confusion on what the provider knew vs. what they didn't due to use of the Angie's List App. They also didn't provide a cost estimate as requested, but Service Plus is great - they are always professional, and do quality work. We'll use them again!

The technician (Logan) arrived as he said he would, was extremely friendly and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was able to call in for the replacement part, pick it up and install everything within a few hours. Given that this was a Saturday and the extreme cold weather arriving the next day, his assistance was above and beyond our expectations. We have used Service Plus in the past for normal maintenance, but this experience confirmed that they will be our preferred service provider going forward.

Due to the inclimate weather which created several emergency service calls, I rec'd a call from the provider that they would need to reschedule me. Although they normally do not provide the service I requested on a Saturday, they made an exception. They even worked around my schedule, as I knew that I would not be available until after noon. I rec'd a call from James around 12:20 on the rescheduled Sat and he said he would be there in ~30 mins. He arrived right on time...Perfect! I have an older (30 years old) toliet that doesn't seem to flush completely. James quickly assessed and suggested that the current flapper and fill valve was only allowing the toliet tank to fill to about 1/2 the volume it needs to flush completely. He replaced the components for free (as part of the deal I purchased) and tested it with lots of toliet paper. Each time it flush without a problem. Much better! The deal also included a whole house plumbing inspection. I didn't think I really needed that, since the other plumbing related accessories had been updated in the last 5 years. However, he did find a small leak coming from my Master bathroom faucet. He found the issue very quickly and updated the parts that were affected for $41. These parts were the only additional charges besides the original cost of the big deal. Complete cost was $80. I felt this was a steal considering my toliet was now functioning optimally and a leak, which could be costly, was also fixed. I will definitely call Service Plus again.

Scheduling and questions answered on first call. poor overall communication between office staff and plumber who arrived without the correct tools and information to complete our service.

On Thursday we had bad weather, so my husband stayed home from work. We have a baby in the house and he wanted to get a plumbing project done. After making several attempts (our water was shut off), he realized the plumbing work would be better handled by a professional plumber. At nearly 2 pm on a wintery day I called this company requesting help. Their customer service was excellent. We were squeezed in at the end of the day and were able to get the job complete and turn our water back on! This company really helped us out and we are so very appreciative. I would highly recommend this company for plumbing work. We were impressed. A+

My furnace broke down on New Year's Day (Wednesday). I had another company come out to take a look on New Year's night and got the bad news--I needed a new furnace. I called Service Plus the next morning for a second opinion. Their tech, Fred, came out that morning (Thursday) and confirmed the other company's tech's diagnosis. Fred was authorized to sell me a new furnace--not a salesman. I appreciated this in that I didn't feel like he was on commision and trying to upsell me. He gave it to me straight. I got price quotes on a number of different systems with a variety of options. The other company's salesman came out and was very friendly and professional as well. He gave me price quotes on similar units. I had a good feeling about Service Plus and their prices were consistently $200-$400 cheaper. Also, their financing was 2 points lower than the other company! I ordered a furnace, getting a 5% discount as an Angie's List member as well as a $250 coupon from the original tech. On Friday, the installers came exactly when promised. They worked non-stop for 4 1/2 - 5 hours on the install. They were both friendly and professional. The install went without a hitch, they cleaned up after themselves, and I am now enjoying my new more effiecient and quieter furnace just in time for the arctic weekend we are about to have. I would recommend Service Plus without reservation. I feel like I actually got a GREAT deal instead of worrying if I made the right choice. I am awaiting more paperwork from Service Plus including rebate forms from Citizen's Energy and the federal government for my more efficient system. I am also looking forward to the two years of free inspections/service from Service Plus. If you need furnace/airconditioning work, CALL THEM!!

Provider was on time, very professional. They had a couple questions regarding the water source for the humidifier, which we handled together. They did a good job installing and cleaning up once finished.

Scheduling was easy and friendly - and they had quick availability. We ended up being able to take care of the plumbing issue on our own, but we would absolutely use them in the future. Definitely give them a call!

They did come out the same day, but the prices were INSANE. And then they tried to sell me a "service plan." I do NOT recommend this company.

Came out and of course the noise stopped but the recommendation was just to let it go and then replace the ENTIRE system for $7000. I wonder if these techs get some type of commission because it seems like all their recommendations are for the most expensive options. I was able to get the issue resolved by talking to a family friend. What they were going to charge me $1000 I paid $200. Mind you this was me knowing the person but he told me that the part was about $100 (blower motor) and for what they were charging was insane. I had a good dealing with them initially with a plumbing issue a few months ago and the guy who came out was fantastic but I am wondering what these guys are doing now. Obviously I'll use my family friend going forward.

Excellent experience. I was given a 4 hour window from 8 to Noon and was told the technician would call a half an hour in advance. The technician called around 9:50 and was here by 10:20. He quickly diagnosed the problem and wrote a reasonable estimate. The job was completed in less than an hour. The technician cleaned up completely and had me inspect the work before paying the invoice. Very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend the company.

I called Service Plus about 8:30p.m. on a Saturday evening to schedule a new faucet installation. The faucet was leaking under the kitchen cabinet and the water shutoff was not working for me. I was concerned that the leak would increase and cause damage. The plumber called back within a half hour and we discussed a time to install a new faucet as this was not an emergency. I had purchased the faucet at a local hardware store. The plumber came on Sunday morning about 9:00 a.m. and was done within an hour. The plumber was very neat and took away the old faucet. I would use them again.

I purchased this Angie's List Big Deal for $49. The technician came out to clean the AC. He was here maybe 20 minutes, max. Maybe that's all the time it takes to clean an AC, I don't know. It just seemed so fast. A month after that, I replaced the AC along with the furnace, so I'm not sure how effective his cleaning was. I gave him a B just because I was not wowed. He might have done an excellent job, I'm not sure.

Made a call to Service Plus around 8pm on a Friday in need of immediate plumbing assistance (main line drain backed up so no showers, toilets, sinks etc could be used). Was told a message was sent out to the overnight person and when they were finished where they were at they would come over. Was also told that it would be $100 to send someone out but if the work completed was over $100 then it would go towards the cost of the fix (pretty standard). After waiting a few hours (around 11pm) I became worried that my service would not be completed that night which meant waiting until the following morning to use any water in the house (with 3 people that was less than ideal to say the least). I called back and they appeared to send another message because I was called by another person almost immediately. This person was about an hour out and gave me the option of 8am the following morning or coming out that night. The following morning not being an option, for several reasons, I opted for that night. I appreciated this effort upon the 2nd call. The plumber came and completed the tasks and got the job done (no issues with this, he did a good job). The issue came on payment. Angies list has a few coupons for these types of services ($79 main line cleaning W camera inspection) and also ($100 off ANY plumbing services) listed on this vendors page on the angies list site. Now since these coupons have no other language or exceptions on them I came to the conclusion that any reasonable person would, that they could be used at any time. But I was told that for "after hours" no coupons would be accepted. You can imagine my dismay when a service that would have costed $79 (didnt even use the camera portion that is normally included in the coupon) with the coupon costed me $279. Now I am a reasonable enough person to know that after hours work cost more money and am willing to pay that original $100 that I was told was the min cost when I first called but the extra $100 bucks was where I had issue. Upon calling the company to ask about this "policy" (which is purely verbal and not written anywhere and was stated after work was complete when I tried to present the coupon) they continued did not honor the coupon. Angies list as well, upon call, did not do anything either since this is not one of their "big deals". In summary beware of the coupons that are listed on this site because they do not have to be honored by the company that is offering them. Pretty bad business practices on the business' part and angies list for basically false advertising. While I am happy with the work that was completed this other stuff was pretty bad and I am very disappointed, hence the overall C grade. I am on the fence as to whether I would use them again (makes you pick yes or no to do the review) or even angies list for that matter, so for now I would say NO I would not reccomend this company or use them myself again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was alright. The Deal was for a water heater flush but they didn't do that. They said it had been so long since I'd had the water heater flushed that it would actually cause more problems than it would fix. They offered to do a house inspection but I said no because everything else was fine and I just wanted the flush. They had explained to me whenever I scheduled it that they might not be able to perform the service. They were very upfront and quoted what the potential charges were and what my options were. I decided I would just not do anything and wait until it failed. Had I known upfront before I actually bought and scheduled it that they might not be able to do anything, I probably wouldn't have done it. They were very responsive and very punctual. They were very professional. The technician who came out knew exactly what was going on and was very clear as far as explaining what my options were.

He arrived on time and used a snake to fix the drain. He ran the washer to assure that the drain was working correctly. A $100 website coupon reduced the $137 estimated charge to $37.

I found this company on Angie's List and called them around 8:30 am. They had a technician at my house by 9:30 am (which was awesome) to come take a look at my furnace. I was at work and my wife and children were home alone, but the furnace continued to kick off and we had to flip the switch to keep it running. The technician told my wife that it would be $1,800 to fix the ignition - which he said was the problem - but he recommended that we just replace it all for $4,000. I felt like this was wrong because the furnace always kicks on - it just stops after a few hours of use, so we had him leave and had to pay the trip charge of 89.99. We then had William's Comfort Air come out (for $44 through the Big Deal) and they explained it was just a dirty filter and blower. Cleaned our system and it has worked great since. Really disappointed in Service Plus....

We had a clogged basement drain which was starting to overflow from our equipment closet onto our carpeted area. This provider sent someone out that day, even though we were not a previous customer. The person was efficient, professional, courteous, and also told me about a special offer on Angie's List which I printed off saving us a lot of money. I would definitely recommend this provider!

They installed the toilet for the flat fee as promised on time and with a good quality product and great service- wish I had bought two of these deals!

He explained what caused the problem, did a great job on the repair.
