Things have been wonderful and they have now been our go to company. They are nice people to work with and they answer all my questions well. They are great to schedule with and I am very satisfied with their work.

Scheduling went fine and everything worked out well. We actually signed up for a yearlong maintenance plan with them. We have been using them for about 2 years now. They knew what they were doing. Two technicians came out to do the work and work was done quickly. The piping was in a weird place and it looked like it was not attached correctly so I called them the next day and they came right away to address the issue for me.

It took them a while to get here, but they seemed knowledgeable and were professional and courteous. My above quality rating reflects that they did nothing to clear my drain, did not run a snake, and instead only quoted me a price to replace a section of sewer. I was unsure they had been thorough in their diagnosis.

Michael and Josh were the servicemen who performed the removal of the old furnace and installed the new one. They were punctual, quick, clean, and informative. We were very impressed with their professionalism. On a day when the highest temperature was only 2 degrees, it was great to have them put in the new heater so swiftly! We will definitely be using them for any future heating/cooling needs.

I bought a deal off of Angie's List for whole home plumbing inspection and "$100" service bucks. We had just bought the house and wanted to make sure everything was up and running well since closing. We weren't too worried about anything being wrong because the water appliances were fairly new. Upon completion of the inspection, the gentleman gave us quotes on replacing sump pumps and our water softener system (that I had not taken the time to turn on since moving in). I was a little concerned that he quoted us on replacing the systems instead of giving us an estimate on repairing them. A couple of weeks later, I read the instructions on our water softener and turned it on and it started and worked right away. Overall the inspection was good, but I would have been a little happier if the service worker tried a little more to see if our water softener just need to be plugged in and put through a regeneration cycle. We paid for an inspection and "$100" service bucks and really didn't get anything of $100 value. I would have thought turning a water softener on to see if it works would cost roughly. They offered a great service plan that they come out a couple times a year to do typical maintenance. We didn't buy this, but thought it was a good idea. Overall the service guy was great, but this deal we bought was obviously a way to get inside our home and upsell us on other things which I understand.

They had been servicing my furnace for a number of years so it was fine. They did a nice job. This kid comes in and tells me I have a gas leak and that scared me. He has this little instrument that shows if something was leaking. He wanted me to get a furnace and I told him I need to talk to his supervisor. The supervisor supported him but you could tell he wasn’t happy. It turns out that he wanted to sell me a new furnace. He finished his work and he left. He also told me not to call the gas company which was kinda fishy. I called Airtron and told them about the gas leak situation. They came out and I had no leak or anything. He looked at the tune up the kid had done and it was fine. The kid showed me the fan and it looked pretty dirty but the Airtron guy said that fans get kind of like that. He was on time, did the work, left the place clean.

I started using Service Plus for standard semi-annual HVAC inspection/service last year. I chose them because of their Angie's List reviews - replacing the original contractor who installed our high end system and did not understand it or exhibit an A+ service attitude. Service Plus: Overall, very bright, generally young guys, with a super service attitude. The only negative I'd offer is that they seem to be highly trained but, being young in their careers, short on experience. Yesterday's visit was to set the dip switches correctly on the humidifier that was installed the previous week. It's working perfectly now. A couple other little things along the way, one related to the electronic air cleaner, would reinforce the experience point. The key thing, and why I will stick with them, is this: Their service attitude is exceptional. No excuses, no detours, just an intense determination to make sure everything is right. And it is.

It went very well. They were very polite and did what they were supposed to be doing.

Our water heater had been leaking a little bit off & on and we decided to have Service Plus check it out. Our old water heater was not under warranty, so we needed a replacement. I called for service on Monday at 9am & they had a guy out to my house by 11am that same day to check out the leak. He returned the next day at 8am with the new water heater and had it installed in less than 2 hours by himself. I did not shop around for the best price on a water heater, but I'm guessing that $1070 was comparable (that included tax & installation & the $250 coupon for Angie's List Members).

Called on Sunday my tubs and toilets were clogged, said they would be here Monday morning no show, no call until 6:30 pm, re-scheduled for Tuesday-Nothing, said he was behind would be here on Wednesday morning and he showed up Wednesday afternoon knocked on my door asked what I needed done and I told him, also showed him my coupon I bought and what I was to have done and he said he didn't bring the right equipment with him to do that job he wanted to re-schedule for Monday, 8 days later from my emergency call to them. He went back to the car for a couple minutes then came back stating that his Boss told him I needed to pay him a service fee of $79.00 just for knocking on my door 3 days later!! Of course you know I laughed in this guys face and asked are you serious?? Told him I wasn't paying a dime more than the coupon I already purchased off Angie's List. I hope I get a refund on this deal and I hope this company gets it together or restructures their choice of employee"s or managers. It was a JOKE !!!!!!

They were very timely, and professional, a little pricey on the toilet kit.

Both times, the person who came out was very professional and helpful. They reviewed the concerns we had and provided an assessment and fix as able. The whole experience (from call to schedule to visit to the follow up call) made it clear that this company and the employees really care about giving quality service!!

Ronnie was the consultant. The truly best part was that he honored by Angie's List coupon, even though I left it at my home (drain issue was at rental property). I would definitely call them again. One point: the prices were a little steep, but then again I do not call for this type of service very often. So make sure you have a coupon!

They performed the plumbing inspection and water heater flush. I also had them check my heating. They've come a couple of times for me and they've been wonderful.

Tech was informative and offered solid rates for suggested projects. Am going to use in the future.

I continue to use this provider as I like everything about them. They come when they say they will, they do a thorough job and they have friendly techs.

I called to a few plumbers who could not offer me availability for service as soon as Service Plus. WhenI reached Service Plus they were able to get someone out the next day, which was great. Brandon was the tech, he fixed the problem in about 20 minutes and restored water to the house.

With the Arctic temperatures, a rental property had frozen pipes. Plumbing companies have been working around the clock to get service restored. I called many to be wait-listed, including my 2 main companies that I have used for years. Service Plus was the first to respond. Service was restored that day. It was a frozen water softener and I made another appointment to have it replaced. Both appointments were timely and professional. The office staff has been responsive and helpful. I have contracted with them to do more work.

Service Plus was awesome. We haven't had a lot of plumbing issues over the years so you're not sure who to call and our experience with Service Plus was terrific. I was expecting to spend a lot more. Didn't feel like they were trying to sell me something I didn't need. Service tech was very professional and polite and did the job right. I would definitely recommend these guys for plumbing needs and this will be the place we call when we need something fixed in the future.

We originally had an appt. scheduled for 1/14. I had no cell phone, which I notified the company about in case they tried to call before they came. They understood and said they would send someone anyways. I waited that morning and no one ever knocked on the door or rang my doorbell. Via email on Angie's list, I was able to keep in contact with the company and they told me that a couple plumbers called in sick so even though they did come out, they had just left a hanger on my door to show they had been there and asked to reschedule. I'm not sure why they would come all the way out just to leave a hanger on my door without actually knocking to tell me that in person. Instead, I just wasted time waiting for an email response. We rescheduled for the next day and again I reminded them I had no way for them to call me and they said they would alert the driver and they promised they would still show up. I waited throughout the entire four hour window and they did not come. That's two days off work that I missed for this appointment now. Apparently the guy was running late and their service provider called and left a voicemail. A voicemail that I repeatedly told them I did not have access to. They did show up, just after I had already left because it was long after the 4 hour window I was given. I may have been more understanding about the confusion for the second appointment if the person who showed up the day before had the courtesy to ring the doorbell and tell me why they could not provide service for me on the day of our first appointment. I'm not even sure why that plumber couldn't just take a look and do an inspection since he made the trip all the way to my house. Seems like a waste of time for them and me. In the end, they came out twice yet no service was provided and I never saw them. Total refund is what I am requesting.
