Dean Pruitt arrived within the scheduled time window. Very courteous and professional. He had the drain unclogged and everything cleaned up within 20 minutes.

Service Plus Heating Cooling Plumbing came out and took our drain apart and cleaned our bathroom drain but didn't do the video. He answered some questions, but I was not happy that there was no video. I would call the work that he did an educational thing because he taught us how to take the drain apart in the bathroom. We were totally displeased because it didn’t seem like he was very thorough. I purchased the big deal because I thought I was having problems, but nothing has developed since he’s been here. I probably wouldn’t use him again.

They did what they said they were going to do. I just felt like they didn't necessarily do much tuning up and clean up as other companies do with that type of promotion. I felt like it was more so an exploratory effort on theirs to hopefully find some more service work and didn't really focus. That's not to say that they did anything wrong. I wasn't disappointed but I wasn't blown away by the service. They were responsive.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was just fine. The first impressions were very positive. The serviceman was very friendly, polite and respectful. I have actually used them again.

It was fine. They were professional and I think he completed the job pretty quickly. His staff was fine. I thought it was a good deal.

There was a pinhole leak in toilet pipe that leaked overnight, & I woke to water in the upstairs bathroom and leaking into the main floor breakfast nook (the ceiling is going to need to be replaced). With all the snow that we had, the first plumbing company I called was not making appointments until the next day. I called Service Plus, and they had someone out here within a few hours. He was able to fix the problem & even cleaned up the mess that the leak had caused. I also appreciate that he didn't try to sell products/services that I didn't need & I was able to use an Angie's List coupon. Very happy that the leaking problem has been resolved in a timely & professional manor, and would recommend this company to others.

I wasn't pleased with them at all. I'm supposed to get my dryer vent cleaned and then he was going to do the vent cleaning as well. They spent about 10 minutes on my roof to do my dryer cleaning. He almost forgotten that if I hadn't reminded him. I would not use him again. He was out there for a while. Unfortunately, he spent all the time working on the humidifier and he did some of the deck cleaning. When it came to the dryer, he was up there for about 10 minutes and he left. I think that service was $100. I just didn't like the way they did things. I would not call them back. I had several things done. They charged me when they were supposed to. They didn't take any less for it. I probably should have let them just do what they were here for and then call them back to do something else. Regardless, he agreed to do something he should. I paid money for it so he should be able to do it all. Five different guys came out working on that humidifier and the thermostat. When they said they're going to be here, they came. They were professional enough. They just didn't get everything done in a manner that they were supposed to do. I think I have two or three more visits on that contract. I will let them finish that. I won't be using them past that.

They called and scheduled right away. The service technician found problem & we needed a new garbage disposal. Was able to replace the same day! Great service will use them again!

James showed up on time, quickly assessed the situation and made the appropriate repair. While completing the repair he did educate me about a few measures I could take to strengthen the capacity of my sump pump system. Before he left he inspected the outside sump drainage system and discovered a frozen pipe, which he then quickly repaired. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the work and his friendly, professional attitude. Outstanding job!

During the recent cold snap. The flame sensor went out on our furnace. The burners will ignite in sequence and with the sensor out the furnace will shut itself off after so many tries. We called and they came out and conducted a thorough cleaning and inspection of the furnace. They did not have the right size sensor on their truck and had to see a Lennox dealer on Monday to get one. He showed me how to reset the furnace when the sensors shut the furnace off (to get us through the weekend). They came out again on Monday to install the new sensor. The employees are very talented and professional. We have used this company several times in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

Guy came out within 24 hours of my call and gave me an estimate that I thought was fair. He told me what he would do and how long it would take. I was a bit anxious to get it done so he instructed the service department to call me asap. 8am the next morning I got a call and it was scheduled to my satisfaction. The same repair guy came back and performed the duties in pretty much the same amount of time he quoted. The repairman's name was Brandon. Thanks for being professional in all aspects. Job well done.

The service was professional, timely, and excellent.

We purchased a big deal to have our water heater flushed. Several years ago we did it ourselves and resulted in killing grass because softened water was pumped out through the sump pump into yard. Other service companies (like carpet cleaners) are able to have water disposed of through the sewage or pumped back into their own tanks in vehicles via the hoses they use. I was shocked that when the technician came out he said all he could do was drain it into the sump pump. This was exactly why we didn't want to do it ourselves. He was cordial and the office staff for the scheduling was very friendly, but the end result was no change and instead a waste of time on our end as well as that of the company. I suggest they explain before hand that softened water in a basement water heater would be pumped into yard, because my guess is that many other customers are in this exact same situation.

It went just fine. Their special had to do with toilets that weren't working so we had to upgrade the special but they took care of us. They had a special on toilet replacement and so we did it. I dislike the fact that I had to upgrade the price but I was happy with their service, and we ended up with a better toilet, a higher toilet that's easy to get off and on. I would recommend them because they provided good service.

It went fine. They came when they said they would be here. They did what they said they would do for the price that they said they would do it. They took care of my house and dealt with my dogs and all that kind of stuff. I had a water heater that was flaking and I used the recent coupon to get him to come out and work on it and ended up replacing the water heater because it had gone bad. They kind of patched it up when they came out and then they gave me options for new heater because I suspected it was probably bad. Then they came back and put in a new water heater. So I would use them again.

It went well. They showed up on time and they were responsive to my initial phone calls. They made reasonable suggestions for any repairs that I needed to make. I would use them again.

Everything was good. They came quickly, got it installed and we got what we wanted pretty quickly.

We had a problem with a sensor in the furnace which is why we purchased the coupon. The furnace has been working great since. The service went well overall. They were able to come out for the appointment the same day we called.

Technician arrived on time and was professional. I purchased a coupon for the furnace inspection. Additional services for both the furnace and water heater that were quoted were very expensive when compared to other companies. I needed to have the water heater replaced and a 2nd technician was dispatched to inspect the water heater. The quote for a new water heater installation was over $400 more than I paid to a licensed plumber. I would not use this company again except for very basic service with a coupon.
