It went well and I was happy with the service.

The service turned out good. It is an excellent company. I just purchased a big deal for an annual contract for their service, from Angie's List.

The service tech was extremely helpful! He told me the coupon was a great deal (almost a steal!) I was having a problem with my laundry room drain backing up causing the floor to flood. He used their camera to see if there were any issues in the main drain; explained the process, potential issues but ended up reassuring me (by allowing me to watch the monitor) that my drain was in good shape. He assisted with the backed up drain issue. No more wet floors! Thank you Service Plus Heating Cooling Plumming!

Arrived right on time. As he cleaned and checked out my furnace he updated me on my furnace as we had just moved here and weren't familiar with our type of furnace. Everything went great. He even brought a little vacuum so he could clean up. I would definitely call them again.

Service Plus Heating Cooling Plumbing were very, very good. They were excellent. Everything went very smoothly. I had no problems getting in touch with them. They got back with me right away. They showed up on time. He was very thorough and seemed to know his business. He's been working with them for 34 years. We suggested that we have two older toilets replaced and gave us an estimate for both his company bringing the toilets over and installing it and what the charge would be if we purchased the toilets and brought them home and they installed it. He gave us a credit for the price of the Big Deal for that. We decided to do everything ourselves. Overall, it was a very good experience and they're a very good company. They seemed very reliable. We would definitely use them in the future. In fact, my husband and I talked about it, and we decided that if we have plumbing problems in the future, we'll definitely call them.

The serviceman was here on time. He explained the job and the pricing. I hadn't had a chance to look for coupons on Angie's List so I asked him about that and he told me what was probably available, so I looked for it and found it by the time he had finished the job. I got my kitchen sink back and the only thing he didn't do was wash all my dirty dishes!!

Couldn't be happier. Great Job! He even re-secured washer faucet back to the wall which had pulled away from the wall many years ago and was much appreciated.

The installation went well, and the system has preformed good.

Everything went well. It was easy to schedule, they arrived on time, and the technicians were friendly as well as professional. Thanks to the inspection, we learned that the drain was no longer up to code which meant that future blockages could occur, but they provided helpful advice on steps that we could take to prevent future blockages.

The service was great. Scheduling was easy, I contacted them and they were out within a week. The technician was professional, knowledgeable and was not overly pushy.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was done very well. They came on time, did it properly and I was very happy with it. I had him do another repair so there was an additional charge for this.

The first appointment they did not call or show up. I understood because we got a lot of snow and the temperature was below zero. I wish they would have called but I called them to follow up. They said they had me in the system as not needing service and there was some confusion. I scheduled another appointment and again it was a no call and no show. I followed up for the third time and they finally came out the next day. The technicians were on time but they reeked of cigarette smoke. They were here for fifteen minutes to check for a leak and left. I was disappointed with the service and I thought they should have refunded some of the money for not coming to two appointments.

They have fixed my washer, cleared tree roots from my plumbing, and visited for work on my sub pump three times. They are efficient, observant, friendly, and fast. Anytime I have a problem they are honest, and successful. Customer for life.

Service Plus was very responsive to my Angie's Deal purchase, with a service respresentative calling me within 24 hours to schedule an appointment. I also corresponded with them by email about revisions to the appointment, and each time they responded promptly. I was flexible with the time for the appointment, which was scheduled at 3-4 PM. The 20-year service technician Kevin notified me he would arrive as close to the agreed time window as possible, and arrived around 4:15 PM. He was polite, friendly and professional, including wearing shoe covers each time he came into the house. He immediately asked about and listened to the problems/issues I was having with the home heating/colling systems, then began checking the systems. Kevin informed me the furnace filter needed to be changed, and spent about 30 minutes thoroughly cleaning the furnace unit. He then cleaned and performed diagnostics on the cooling unit. I was very pleased with Service Plus' customer service and with the service provided by Kevin. The price of the service was reasonable, an excellent value - thanks Service Plus & Angie's List!

He looked at my system and said I needed a new system. His price was a little high. He was nice and polite, however. It was a really good experience and he called before he came.
