I liked their professionalism, punctuality and I have been very pleased with the outcome. They have solved every issue that I have asked them to. I have been very pleased with their service. I had additional work done based on the inspection and so I paid an additional $1200. They came out within a week of me purchasing the big deal. I didn't price out the work because I was pleased with the service. They came out right on time.

It took less than 15 minutes to get the drain cleared.Paid a hefty price for not knowing how to do it ourselves.

Diagnosed issue with utility sink plumbing and hard water impacts, gave us a good deal on a top of the line water softener. Very professional and consultative.

I paid for a tune-up and cleaning for my furnace. Essentially, all that was done was an inspection to provide details for a quote they gave me. No cleaning or tune-up procedures were completed.

The service went fine. I have had them come out to check the AC so far. I am planning on having them out in the fall to check the furnace. I paid an additional fee to replace a part in the AC. I believe I got a deal on the part but the part was not an inexpensive part. One technician came out and completed the job in a timely manner. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

They cleared the line and found it to be broke. Cleared a second line also.

Brian came out to help us connect our new gas grill to the natural gas pipe. He also explained the $99 service contract which we signed up for as well. Brian is very polite, knowledgeable and didn't think all of our questions were dumb! LOL -- he took plenty of time to explain how to operate the the gas and the grill itself. We have used Service Plus before when Brian came out to re-light our water heater. We are new homeowners so he again took the time to show us how things worked and was very nice and patient. There is no one else we would call for help around the house. Service Plus does a multitude of different services and they come out quickly and on time and the price is right!

They were polite but I feel the wording for the deal was manipulative. He told me it would be $130 to put in a few screws after a phone call clarifying that the $29 covering what we discussed.

Wow my service was spectacular I scheduled initially scheduled for a regular service but prior to my scheduled appointment my drain clogged and I had such a mess on my hands and service plus stepped in and fixed that problem as well as the drain and my service was excellent and I would definitely use them again.

It' s been awhle now but they scheduled the service on a timely basis and then showed up as promised. The serviceman checked the whole house water/plumbing systems. I was doing this as a check on a house I was rehabbing so I needed to know if there were any issues that needed to be addressed and was relieved to find out that eveything was ok except the water heater and it only needed a minor repair. I was satisfied with the deal!

I purchased on Angie's a List a one year service contract. Serviceman was thorough, polite, although he did not wear a badge or introduce himself. We had an appointment, he called and said he was on his way and arrived accordingly. After he inspected both a/c and furnace, he informed me that it would count for 2 of 3 visits allowed. I wish he would have told me that prior to inspecting both. The next and final visit would be for plumbing inspection. The part for a/c replacement would be $200. Since I didn't have the money today, if I want to replace it next month, I will need to pay a service call fee.

This was my second time using the company, and things didn't go so well. Unfortunately, the toilet leaked and ruined the bathroom floor. They did respond quickly when I called them, but I had to negotiate extensively when seeking reparations for the floor. Ultimately, I wouldn't use them again because of this experience.

The inspection and tune up went well. However, they left their company sticker on the furnace, water heater, and everywhere without my consent. It would have been nice if they had asked first. The unit has held up fine since they came out to do the work, though.

The service went very well. They replaced the faucet and everything went as expected. I also hired them to replace a second faucet that needed replacing.

The appointment occurred on schedule and with appropriate care and attention to detail. we were so pleased with service that we took out a 2 yr maintenance contract for basic plumbing care on water heater and in-condo plumbing.

The serviceman was prompt, polite and thorough in his explanation of the current problem as well as potential problems based on the age of the plumbing.

We needed a new Insinkerator hot water dispenser under the kitchen sink. They came out for the Angie's list coupon for $29.00 service call. The tech quoted my wife a price of $913.00 to install a new unit or $620.00 to remove the old unit. My wife called me with the details and I said no that was out of line. She told the tech that I was going to do it myself and he said good luck. I stopped by Lowes and picked up the same heater for $229.00 and installed it in 10 minutes. What a joke.

Quick response, was able to get a quick appointment. Called when on way, friendly technician who was very knowledgeable. Didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. Pointed out a possible problem area. Would definitely use again!

Unfortunately, they didn't want to do the cleaning citing that it would be bad for the tiles in the drain. They also tried to sell me on having a more expensive service performed which I found to be unprofessional. Ultimately, I paid for them to do nothing.

We chose Service Plus as we have a maintenance service contract with them which includes plumbing. The $158 was a discounted price for us.Our service ccntract took $79 off. The actual service work took about half an hour. Steve the plumber stated this was their lowest price for their service and that they go by a flat rate. I think $158 was a fair but not a good price. We had a $25 gift card which brought the price down to $133. Without the $79 discount and $25 gift card this service would have cost $262. Our clog was in a straight pipe against a basement wall. Steve said the clog was sludge and the cable used couldn't remove it. My husband decided to cut the pipe and replace it himself for a total of $41 which included the cutting tool. We have received other plumbing quotes in the past from Service Plus and decided against using their service at that time due to cost. One quote was for a 50 gallon short gas standard Bradford water heater with installation and a 10 year warranty for $2100 on 6/25/2013. We decided to go with a Sears Kenmore 50 gallon short with a 9 year warranty for $845 which included same day installation. A second plumbing quote on 7/22/14 was after our annual plumbing inspection. The quote was for a toilet rebuild, faucet rebuild, and replacement of two stops with supply lines for the faucet for $875. We have decided not to use Service Plus for our plumbing needs but will continue to use them for our heating and cooling service.

The service was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We would use them again, and did sign up for a service plan.
