Went Really well! I called their answering service at 6:30 am on Monday. They called back by 7:15, saying they'd be here by 8:30. They got here just a bit before that and got us heat in a hurry. Had to order 3-4 parts to finish the job right which they did. Lex was very thorough and professional. We have a geothermal unit, and it was so important that they send out a geo guy which they did. No charge for anything since the unit was under warranty. Great service and very prompt. We're thankful!

Service Plus came out the same day that I called and unclogged my tub drain at a fair price. I will use them again!

The leak was identified and repaired very quickly (within an hour) ? I couldn't be happier! The gentleman that came to our house was very nice, explaining every step of the repair and what that meant for us. I will be using this company again!

Once the professional cam on site, he was VERY professional and a pleasure to work with. I give a B+ overall because the repair/replacement did seem a bit much. The faucet sells at lowes for 169.00, so with about an hour of labor that comes out to about $450 an hour which seems pretty pricey to me. I know there was a rush so you have to add for that, but even then it seems high. He was quick, professional, and quality seems very good. I would work with them again, but would probably collect bids for anything major.

Everything went fine and we signed up for a service contract with them. They did what they said they would and showed up on time. Everything was perfect.

The provider called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He was professional and courteous. He explained what he checked and thoroughly reviewed with me the recommendations, such as when to change the filter, and discussing the blower motor over amping. I was most impressed that ahead of his arrival we received an email describing the technician - for safety reasons, that is welcomed information!

The service provider arrived exactly when scheduled and was very professional and friendly. He identified and explained the problem and even worked to see if it could be covered under the sump pump warranty. He replaced the pump quickly, and it is working fine. They had a fast response, reasonable price, and great work. I would definitely work with them again.

There was an issue with a noisy toilet, which was quickly resolved. The water heater was drained and works as usual. Furnace and air conditioner will be inspected next year. It's a good deal that I would recommend to any home owner.

This made me unwilling to use them again or even trust an Angie's List deal to be what it says it does. Service Plus was paid before they got there so they weren't too worried about earning the money. It makes buying a deal of the day a bad idea. I won't get caught recommending one.

On Sunday I noticed a water stain on my ceiling below the master bath. I decided to investigate myself and tried to shut the main water valve into the house off. The valve turned extremely hard at first and then got easier, but the valve never fully closed. I tried to reopen the valve, but while it spun rather easily, It was stuck 1/4th open so I had no water pressure and only drips on the 2nd floor. I called Service Plus Monday Morning since they were so highly rated even though they didn't seem to have the best Angie's List discount. They were able to send Dean out that same morning. I showed Dean the water stain in my ceiling below the master bath and broken valve. In about 10 min he was able to identify the most likely culprit for the leak as the tub drain. Dean explained to me what the problem was and how he would proceed to fix it. He also warned me that there is the potential to break the drain insert while trying to unscrew it. He gave me the price for the drain and the water valve replacement and I told him to proceed. He completed both repairs and was done in about 2hrs total. He was able to replace the water valve even though it was only accessible through about a 10in square hole in the wall without any drywall damage. Dean was extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable and informative. The price still seemed high for 2hrs of work even with the $50 off coupon, but it's worth it as long as it is fixed.

The technician was polite, professional and friendly. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and asked me to check and see that I was satisfied with his work before he left. I was totally satisfied with his work and appreciated the enthusiasm and pride he took in his good work.

They came and quoted the job. It seemed high so we got a second opinion from a local plumber (not a company) who ended up fixing our issues for about 75% less.

Excellent. Our technician Curtis did an excellent job. He gave us recommendations which we are considering. He also asked about signing up for a yearly contract.

They were wonderful and I'm having them back out to do some more work soon.

there was water squirting out of my a/condenser drain since the drain pipe was attatched to my basement sewer pump.all that need to be done is to reroute the sewage drain and run condenser drain to my sump pit. got a couple of estimates were a little expensive but they are very trustworthy i would call them in the future for major issues.

Provider showed up on time, was professional and friendly. He gave me an honest assessment of my furnace's condition and likely life span. He was helpful in explaining what could be done to improve efficiency and what types of furnaces to shop for when we go to replace the furnace.

I received a call 25 minutes before service man arrived per what company told me when I scheduled the appointment on Friday, 9/26. An honest quote was given to me, and it was more reasonable than other plumbing companies in the area (some quoted me at $250 or more for repairs), while this cost me $104 in addition to $29 service call deal I purchased. Service man was very friendly and professional and did the inspection, quote, and repairs within 45 minutes. In addition, the stopper for our bathroom faucet was not working correctly. He inspected it and readjusted the stopper to ensure it remains closed and did not charge us extra for the time he took to work on it. I would definitely use Service Plus again in the future.

Our bathroom sink suddenly stopped draining on a Friday, so we called Service Plus and Austin came out the next day. He tried *everything* (plunging, snaking, etc) over several hours to clear the drain and ultimately had to tell us he'd come back Monday with his supervisor to confirm his suspicion, that they'd have to cut into our basement ceiling to expose pipe and replace a section of it. I could tell he was disappointed that he couldn't help us with the drain that day. We purchased a service contract, which discounted the price of the repair and service charge. When they returned on Monday, they provided three options, from cutting into drywall to replace pipe, to power jetting to clear the clog. The first option was priced at almost $3000. We called a second company to compare prices and options; they agreed with the diagnosis (to replace parts of the pipe) but did so for only $700. I was surprised at the price difference so showed him the write-up from Service Plus; the tech said the quote would have been about 3 days of work at his company (the actual job took a few hours). Because we purchased a contract, I will use Service Plus for the annual checks offered in the program, but for any larger jobs, I will be tempted to get a second opinion just to confirm price.

We had a drain that we wanted cleared but they said that the deal was just for a main sewer line. They were professional and responsive but we weren't able to use them for this offer.

Originally the call was for servicing the water heater. When the individual showed, he was professional, polite, and on time. I will use them again if the need arises.
