Deborah was so easy to work with. I didn't realize how much painting would be involved, but she was able to schedule the painting so that we were able to meet our time goal for listing our house. Very pleased with the results of her staging.

Our home was on the market for 9 months in 2015 and did not sell. We put it back on the market the summer of 2016 and used Sell It Fast! We did absolutely everything Deborah told us to do because we were so motivated to sell. And, we got a full price offer after only three days on the market. Not only did she provide advise, we rented some greenery and decor to stage our home from her plus hired her to remove wallpaper border and paint two bathrooms. She only charged $150 per bathroom! She was so friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and dependable. We will glad use her again for our next home sale.

It went incredibly well! Deborah could not have been any nicer, professional or more reasonably priced than she was. Her perfect taste in complimenting our home with the decorations she had, I think, helped us sell our home much quicker than it would have without it. She also came to our home and analyzed the most effective way to set our house apart from the competition. The funny part was the things she told us about our potential buyers proved to be accurate when we went to look at houses and were the buyers ourselves. We could not be any happier with the service she provided. Deborah told us that we would probably sell our house in about two weeks which was the only thing she was "wrong" on. With her insight and the changes we made because of it, we sold it in 10 days!

Deborah was amazing from start to finish. She came in gave us a list of things that needed to be done and accomplished them in a timely manner. She definitely lived up to her Sell it Fast name. The house had a contract in 2 days.

The owner,Deborah Bannister, is energetic and work progressed quickly at first, but slowed down when she started working on other houses at the same time. Her workers were not well supervised and either the work was not inspected afterward by the owner, or the standards were set low. Surprisingly, with a little more work the house would have looked acceptable. As it turned out, the condition of the floors, trim, and windows was unacceptable, and the basement was worse. My realtor (who recommended this company) was also unhappy with the results. I would not hire this company again.

"We were very disappointed to see the negative review! This home was a daunting task, to say the least! Unfortunately, we were having to deal with a severe "hoarder", and worked as gently as possible with her family, around her "issues". We had to haul off 38 truck loads of trash (which included 9 lawn size trash bags of dog hair!) After we were able to see the floors, we found massive damage cause by the dog having to relieve himself indoors! We had to hire someone to refinish all of the wood floors and even replace many of the boards in order to make this property acceptable. When we first arrived at this house, we could not get into the basement because it was waste deep in garbage and years of collecting items. We had no idea what type of flooring was in the house because we could not see it. We painted, cleaned, packed over 70 boxes, hauled off trash, re-landscaped the entire property, updated light fixtures and hardware, and finally decorated the house. ($3500 was a bargain!) A few days later we were informed that it needed to be cleaned again, so FREE of charge, we cleaned it again. AGAIN a few days later, the house was covered in dust! We discovered that there was so much dirt in the air ducts, that it was continuously blowing dust throughout the house and could not continue to clean the property every few days for free. The good news was that the homeowner rec'd an offer on the property within 5 weeks of our completion.... in a very difficult market! The before an after photos are nothing less than amazing! Again we were disappointed to see the negative review and surprised as we did not receive any feedback from our client or the realtor and they were, after all, able to SELL IT FAST! (5 weeks!!!) We take immense pride in our work and have had outstanding results in helping home owners get their property ready for market! We are so confident in our service that we will offer NO UP FRONT COST ON STAGING CONSULTATIONS! We will wait until closing to collect our consultation fee! If your property does not sell IT'S FREE! (Just mention Angie's List to receive this offer)"
