My little portable ELNA has been with me a long time and I have not always given her the attention she might need. After retiring, I became more motivated to sew again but the machine, while it ran, did not perform up to its normal perfection. Select Service treated her kindly and expertly.

I have only good things to say about the quality of products and the service I have received. I do not know the dates or the amount charged for services.

It needed more cleaning than could be done with the usual oil and lint clean up. It worked very well after it was done. It has continued to work well. One note; I used the Rockville Rd store for maintenance.

They did a thorough job, took the time to explain what they found and accurately priced the service which they completed right on time. I have bought 2 machines and a sewing table from them and would go back in a heartbeat.

It was wonderful. They are very informative, knowledgeable about sewing machines, friendly, and patient. They said the older sewing machine might not be repairable but they were able to fix it. They have an expertise is repairing sewing machines. They are very lost cost.

They are wonderful. I have bought machines from them for25 years and have them service sergers and sewing machines. Chris and Jimmy and the others are alll very helpful.

I went into the store to ask a question regarding the use of the machine I purchased in 2009. The salesperson helped me to understand how to perform the task.

It was excellent, they explained what they were going to do. It was ready when they said it was going to be ready.

I have had Select Sewing service my machines for years. They always do a great job and are reasonably priced. They did my last repair for me while I waited. They charged for parts only.

I have had sewing machines repaired and have bought several machines and a cabinet from them. If I need something, or if I just need advice, I head straight for them. No one else can come close in service, knowledge, and professionalism. I hope they are around forever, because no one else comes close to what they have to offer. (Haven't taken one of their classes for a long time, but I'm trying to make time to do so in the near future.)

I appreciate this dealer because I've purchased 3 different machines from them and they are always available for questions and servicing. I have taken two of them back recently expecting to leave them for repairs. On both occasions the techs looked at the machines and solved the issues on the spot. Saved me a second trip and downtime. Excellent service.

Self assembly was easy. Very good with followup instructions and tips for use. We have been using them since we purchased an LS Ayres machine.

service was good and within the estimated time they said. Machine worked well and has not given me any problems. I have used this company in the past and they have always done good work. Just wish there was one a little closer to me.

It took a few days for them to make the repair. I’ve used their services for a few years. They are very nice. They seem professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend their service to others.

Their instructors are very good. I originally purchased a machine from them when they were on the westside of town. I feel they are eager and helpful to explain things to me. I am very impressed with the serger I purchased from them. I find their prices to be reasonable.
