 + 0 moreI contacted Security Force to quote exterior security cameras. After 3-4 phone calls, I finally got a return call and was told that someone will be out to conduct a site survey. After they came out I was told that I will get a quote shortly. After some time went by, I made many calls to follow up on the security surveillance system. I have yet to receive a call after being told that someone would reach out to me. Its been 2 months+ and still no return call. Customer service sucks.

 + -1 moreIThe problem was originally assessed as a dead battery. It was ultimately determined that a transmitter in the front door had to be replaced. It took nearly a month to correct the problem which caused the security center to call my husband and I everytime we entered or exited our home. A local police officer was once unnecessarily dispatched after one entry.
