IThe problem was originally assessed as a dead battery. It was ultimately determined that a transmitter in the front door had to be replaced. It took nearly a month to correct the problem which caused the security center to call my husband and I everytime we entered or exited our home. A local police officer was once unnecessarily dispatched after one entry.
