Excellent. The cutting crew and the wood removal crew were very professional, efficient, and neat.

I had a huge oak tree that was in serious decline. The tree roots that were above ground were as big as a good sized tree. The crew took it down in sections and in one section were some raccoons one of whom came out and rode the section down to the ground. The area was cleaned up and the stump ground down. I would hire them again and as a matter of fact this was not the first time I had used Ping's Tree Service.

Job well done. The crew completed both trees within 45 minutes which included dropping the trees, clean up, and leaving the cut wood for me. The stump grinding was completed on another day after the utilities lines were located which the 811 call was initiated by the Ping team. I have used Ping Tree Service several times and will use them again.

We had a large dead ash tree removed from the edge of our back woods. The crew arrived about 15 minutes which was great. They went over with us what they planned to do. They cut off the limbs from the top of the tree and then dropped the trunk into the woods without hitting any other trees. NIce shot. All the debris in the area around where they were working and the chipper was cleaned up. Very pleasant crew to talk to. Will definitely use Ping's Tree Service in the future if we are in need of tree removal.

They did a good job. I have no complaints and I would use them again.

They always knock to make sure that our vehicles are moved before they do any spraying, which is excellent.

From the first phone call to schedule a quote to the followup call from Ping's to make sure I was satisfied, everything was perfect. The crew was professional and polite, equipment was new and/or in great shape and safety was an obvious priority. The crew chief took care to explain their approach even to the detail of exactly where the equipment would be staged and how the work would proceed. When the job was done nothing remained except a wisp of sawdust on the grass. A first class organization in every way.

I utilize Ping's Tree Service. They are doing some landscaping I haven't gotten them through Angie's List, but I've had them do tree service over the years, but they started a lawn/landscaping service this year. I've given that a try and it's turned out pretty well. They focus on trees and this is another mix they're getting into. They mow weekly. This was the first year they offered it so in the spring, I kind of worked with them and went over what I wanted since they weren't forcing everything. It was sort of like "I need mulching and this and that" and put together a package and we're giving him a try. It's working out pretty well. They're a little higher on the tree stuff because they know what they're doing, but they came out a bit cheaper on the lawn part.

Great. Cut logs do can be used in my fire pit. Friendly and professional.

This tree was 3 tree's growing together. Ping not only cut this tree down they cut any good fire place wood into 18 inches​ sections.Also clean up the area. Well done!

They were ok. They couldn't do one tree and we had to readjust the price. They had to have the light company do it. They didn't take any money and it was like a month went by. I asked them if they got ahold of the light company and are we on the books with them. They said we don't know. I told them you know just cancel them coming out and let me just pay for what you did. I didn't like the bill looming out there. It wasn't looming on me but on them and I said don't you want your money. They gave us a bid and they were very professional. They didn't do on the bid what we asked because they said it would kill the trees. We've had other tree companies do what we asked and we didn't lose any trees so that is why I am hesitant with them.

We have been using Ping's for about 10 years. They always do a good job, arrive on time, are respectful of our property, and clean up after they're done. They also have really good prices.

They were the only ones that could take down one of our tall trees. They have a good reputation. They had the only equipment that could get into our backyard. They were superior. Quite honestly, I thought I was going to have to pay a lot more. I have one more tree to come down so this winter we will be taking it down.

They know what they are doing. They came out and took care of it. They did fine. For price - I think they are kind of pricey – I’d give them a B.

They tend to be more expensive, but they do really great work. You get what you pay for.

We had trouble with ash bore a few years ago. We have made an investment in our trees.

They were really good. We had a bid that was lower, but they weren't going to do as much. We've used them before, and we probably will use them again. They just do a real good job. They swept everything up in the whole entire area in the neighborhood. We were just out kind of looking at it and our neighbors said it looked like we haven't even had anyone there that day.
