THEY WERE ORIGINALLY UNCLEAR ABOUT THE TIME WHEN THE SERVICE WOULD BE DONE, BUT A QUICK PHONE CALL CORRECTED THAT AND THEY WERE ON TIME FOR THE SCHEDULED DATE. THEY REMOVED ALL DEBRIS AND PERFORMED THE WORK WE HAD CONTRACTED FOR.

THE WORK CREW WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. UNFORTUNATELY, MR PING IS NOT DEPENDABLE. HE FAILED TO SHOW UP FOR THE FIRST APPOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE, AND DID NOT CALL. I HAD TO CALL HIM. HE WAS LATE FOR THE SECOND APPOINTMENT, BUT AT LEAST CALLED. THE REASON I SELECTED HIS COMPANY FOR THE JOB WAS THE PRICE AND PREVIOUS GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THE WORK CREW.
