MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE OWNER PHIL AND HIS TEAM OF WORKERS WAS EXCELLENT. THEY ARRIVED AT 8:00 AM, WORKED QUICKLY, AND I WAS AMAZED AT THEIR ABILITIES TO GET THESE TREES DOWN WITHOUT ANY DAMAGE TO THE SURROUNDING LANDSCAPING AND GRASS BELOW. HOWEVER, THERE WAS GREAT DELAY IN GETTING THE WORK SCHEDULED, IN PART DUE TO RAIN, AND THE PERSON WHO CAME TO QUOTE THE WORK MADE SEVERAL ERRORS IN TERMS OF ADVISING US TO DO THINGS THAT WERE NOT NECESSARY. TO THE OWNER''S CREDIT, HE CALLED ME PERSONALLY TO ADVISE ME OF THESE ERRORS AND TRIED TO "MAKE THINGS RIGHT". ON THE FRONT END, I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THE COMPANY A D, BUT IN THE END, AN A.

THE OWNER WAS VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL IN PROVIDING AN ESTIMATE. WHEN I FAXED BACK THE SIGNED CONTRACT TO THE COMPANY IT WAS MISPLACED BY THEM. I CONTACTED THEM A FEW DAYS LATER TO SEE WHEN THEY WOULD BE DOING THE WORK. THEY REALIZED THEIR ERROR, FOUND THE PAPERWORK AND WERE THERE THE NEXT DAY. I WAS A LITTLE UNCOMFORTABLE WITH A COUPLE OF THE WORKERS.

THIS COMPANY REMOVED AN EXTREMELY LARGE TREE FROM MY YARD AND THERE IS NOT EVEN SO MUCH AS A TWIG LEFT. THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY COULD DO TO PROTECT THE GRASS AND SURROUNDING AREA FROM DAMAGE. I AM VERY IMPRESSED!

REMOVED TREE STUMP. WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND BY REMOVING ROOTS, HOWEVER, WHEN DOING SO, HE SNIPPED THE SATELLITE LINE. THE COMPANY HAS SAID THEY WOULD HELP WITH THE COST OF THE REPAIR. OVERALL THE TREE SERVICE WAS GREAT.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THEY DID. THEY USED OLD TIRES TO CUSHION AND PROTECT THE YARD FROM THE FALLING LIMBS. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED SAFELY; NOTHING LANDED ON THE HOUSE AND NO ONE WAS INJURED AND THEY WERE EVEN ABLE TO DO ALL THIS IN ONE DAY!
