Description of Work: Mr. Leatherman gave me a telephone quote of $100 to install a dielectric union on my water heater. He arrived the following week as we had planned, on time and ready to do the work. While inspecting my water heater, Mr. Leatherman noticed that no shut off valve had been put in when the water heater was installed several years ago. He not only installed the dielectric union, but put a shut off valve in also. When I asked him how much I owed him, he stated, "I believe we agreed on $100." He did not charge me for the extra valve. Mr. Leatherman was professional, courteous, and prompt. He cleaned up after finishing the job and even wiped down the water heater, leaving it in better shape than he found it! I will definitely recommend Leatherman Plumbing to anyone seeking an honest, hard-working professional!

+ -1 moreI CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT RUSSELL. HE IS AN OLD-FASHIONED PLUMBER IN A VERY GOOD WAY AND I WILL GO OUT OF MY WAY TO CALL ON HIM FOR EVERYTHING I CAN. THE BEST PART IS HE DOESN'T CHARGE INFLATED PRICES FOR A SERVICE CALL. THE PRICES I GOT FROM OTHER PLUMBING COMPANIES WANTED OVER $200 FOR THE SAME WORK! IN FACT THE OTHER COMPANIES WANTED TO CHARGE $125 IN PARTS FOR WHAT RUSSELL CHARGED $20!! RUSSELL SHOWED UP RIGHT ON TIME, WAS PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE AND GOT THE WORK DONE QUICKLY. ENOUGH SAID. (THOUGH I WILL SAY HE NEEDS MORE PEOPLE LEAVING FEEDBACK FOR HIM ON THIS LIST.)
Description of Work: RUSSELL REPLACED GUTS TO A NOISY TOILET AND REPAIRED FAUCET ON SINK IN ONE OF MY RENTAL UNITS.

+ 0 moreRUSSELL WAS EXTREMELY GREAT TO DEAL WITH. HE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE; AFTER I LEFT A MESSAGE ON HIS MACHINE HE QUICKLY CALLED ME BACK. HE THEN SHOWED UP ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE WORK. THE QUALITY OF THE JOB WAS EXCELLENT AND THEIR PRICES WERE MUCH LOWER THAN THAT OF ANY OTHER COMPANIES I SPOKE WITH BEFORE THEM.
