Crew that arrived was VERY professional, polite, and took the time to make sure the job was done completely. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

They were on time when scheduled and went right to work, blew out the vent and showed me how to do interim cleaning of the vent. Took only about one have hour and they were gone.

They disconnected the dryer vent hose, which had water in it, and they lost their grip on it as they took it downstairs. They came out later and shampooed the stairs, so that helped make up for it. B+

Contacting / responsiveness from this company is very poor.  It took me multiple attempts at contacing them to make the appointment.  The time resrved for the appt. was somewhere between 12 and 3.  At 5 mins to three, someone from the company contacted me to inform me the truck had a flat tire and they were not sure how long it would be.  I told them if they could get to my house within the next hour, that would be fine.  Otherwise, we would need to reschedule.
Two hours later - nothing.  No one came to deliver the service and no one contacted me.  I called them - voicemail.  I called them again the next morning - voicemail again; AND, their voicemail box was full.  So could not leave a message. 
If I hadn't already paid my Deal $$ ahead of time, I would cancel.

This went very well, owner explained and  showed me what he was doing    He was accommodating with the appointment.

The only disappointing aspect of this service was I was charged an additional $30 on the spot because my vent was on the second floor & up high.  I'm not sure this extra charge was disclosed in the add (I tried to go back and read it, but couldn't find it), but regardless when I called to schedule the appointment the lady I spoke with asked if the vent was on the ground floor or second.  I informed her it was on the second floor and she did not mention an extra charge/fee for this.  
I don't mind the extra charge... but it does make you wonder what kind of business doesn't inform you about it till the service is completed.

It went very well

It went really well.  He was punctual and worked around my schedule.  They are coming back to put a cage on the dryer vent to keep out the birds.

Purchased the dryer vent deal.  We moved recently and were not aware of the history of the vent; also we noticed the dryer cycles seemed to be running very long.  We paid extra since our vent is on the roof and the job involved both attic and roof work.  We received an estimated cost for this in advance.  We also paid a little extra to have the inside of the dryer itself cleaned.  We were satisfied with the job.  We were glad we had it done.  In the process Royal Treatment discovered that the vent on our roof was not in fact a dryer vent, but a standard attic vent.  The previous homeowner had replaced the roof a year earlier and the roofer had installed the wrong vent.  (The home which shares a common roof in our patio home unit, and had their roof replaced at the same time, also has the incorrect vent.  None of the other units do.  So much for the value of home inspections!)  Mesh surrounded the vent opening so that lint was unable to escape.  The vent was almost completely plugged.  Royal Treatment recommended a provider who was able to come the next day to replace the vent with the correct type.  Problem solved.

Using the high air pressure hose - they blew a large know of lint an some insect nest out of my dryer hose.
The dryer works much more efficiently now. Great Job!!
