Roof One Indianapolis

Almost 6 months have elapsed and the work is still unfinished and no end seems to be insight, From the beginning working with the contractors, supervisors, work crew has been a constant challenge. On the very first day after the rip off of old roofing and some installation of decking I noticed the decking was 1/2 inch and not the 3/4 inch contracted. The next day they had to start over with the correct materials. Further during the summer heat the crew placed tarps over my two AC units. i was unaware of this until the house temperature began to increase. When I pointed there blunder out they took down a section of my privacy fence so they could get the debris off as quickly as possible. Where was the supervisor? Lounging in my lawn furniture talking on his cell phone. The work crew also put so much weight on my patio roof that the roof line is damaged and sags.
The insulation in the attic was to be removed and replace with new. This process when fairly smooth despite the daily soiling of the stairs carpet, because they did not want to cover them with protective material and it took 6 months for Roof One to remove their trash from the back yard.
The work crew that replaced the soffits and fascia boards used cheap plywood which is unsightly with knot holes clearly visible as are the the joint lines. With this sloppy work I stopped the re-guttering phase as the gutters would only cover up the poor craftsmanship.
I have been in constant contact the local General Manager of Roof One who left the company in the middle of the project and now communicate with the new GM. I have expressed my many concerns and quality issues that remain unresolved. Recently I had the pleasure of an an site meeting with the GM and company Owner to discuss the work and issues. That was two weeks ago and nothing has transpired to move toward the finish of the project.
Roof One has been paid in full and yet seems unwilling and seems to lack the financial and people resources to compete the scope of their work as agreed in the contract. Within the past few days I have written letter to the Better Business Bureau, Indiana Attorney General-Consumer Complaints Division and my insurance company to enlist their assistance.
From day one Roof One has been a nightmare and I hope this review on Angie's List will save others from this contractor.

Darryl the project manager made sure the entire job was done as if it was his home.  Darryl was very conscientious and focused on making sure each aspect of the job was done correctly.  The roofing crew did a flawless job and I did not find a single nail anywhere in my yard afterwards.   Darryl even installed two attic fans I had purchased free of charge.  Darryl never complained nor disagree with me on anything on the job.   I am very satisfied with the completed work and will use Roof One anytime I can in the future.  

Roof One was very prompt on providing me with an estimate for this job.  However, I did experience some frustration with getting the job completed as the date kept getting delayed (one of these delays was a weather delay which, of course, could not be helped).   However, the general manager got involved and took action to have someone at my home promptly.  The individual who did the repairs was very professional and easy to work with.  I found that all individuals that I dealt with at Roof One were professional, knowledgeable  and friendly and, in the end, did what it took to get the job completed.
