Everything went great. They came when they said they would. The bulk of the job was completed in one day. Everything was clean when they left. Very pleased with their service.

They did both roofs in the same day and did a great job. All the trash was picked up including the nails. We only found a few very small items afterwards. On the gutters, they had to come back twice to fix it after we inspected it. That part wasn't the greatest that it took twice but once we called the estimator\job head, they fixed it very quickly and without arguments. We would definitely hire these guys again.

We are very happy with their work and highly recommendthem to others for roofing. We were onlucky on the insulation but they did all that they could to promptlyrepair the damage.

They couldn't have done anything better. They were efficient and they got here at 7:30 in the morning and worked all day long. That happened to be a really hot weekend. They cleaned up after themselves beautifully. The foreman who took care of us was outstanding and I think he should get a raise. It was a very positive experience. They came in about $3000 less than another company which I also talked to through Angie's List. The other company tried to talk me out of using Rocklane as they happen to use Mexicans. I thought they were a little racist. Rocklane did an outstanding job and I would recommend them to anybody.

It was excellent from every stand point. One man put his foot through the attic ceiling but the repair has been started but not completed yet. Everything was as good as it could possibly be. I used them after looking them up on Angie's List. I would recomend them whole heartedly.

They got the job done when they said they would. They did say that they would take an extra day to put the gutters up. They seemed very pleasant and tidied it up after themselves. They were professional and brought in a great price when others were thousands above them. Kevin, the rep, was knowledgeable and when there were small items that needed to be fixed they corrected them.

I was referred to Rocklane by a friend of mine. I called and spoke with Jay Burkert, the owner, about getting an estimate. Jay said they had some people working in my area and that he would have one of his men come by the next day. The following day two men came by. All three of us went onto the roof to look at the suspected problems. A couple of days later Jay emailed me an estimate. I had gotten a total of four estimates and Jay's was the best. He explained everything they would do and answered all the additional questions I had. On the agreed day of repair Jay and two men showed up on time, 1 PM, and after confirming all the expected repairs, they started. About half way through, two additional men came and helped finish the job just before sunset. Because of other works in progress Jay did stay the whole time but came back two other times to check on how it was going. Through out the day I would go up on the roof to see how it was going. The guys did not mind me hanging around and asking questions. The work was finished as described, the site was cleaned up and all the debris was taken away. We have had lots of rain since the repair and we have not seen any leaks. I am very pleased with the work Rocklane did.

They were great. Their prices were really fair. They were really good and I liked them. They were very professional. We had a problem with the venting of the roof and he came and set up a plan. The hot air was not being pulled out so he designed a whole new system and it is wonderful. He went above and beyond our expectations. He did a super job.

They arrived on schedule and added blown in fiberglass insulation to fill in the spots where the old insulation had sunk or been disturbed by workmen such as cable providers, They covered the air ducts with insulation and also added insulation in the air space above the garage. They were careful and cleaned up after the job was completed. We thought it went well.

Their prices were very reasonable. It was an insurance claim and they brought their prices down for that claim. They really focused on staying in contact and made sure the work was to my liking.

Rocklane did a great job ! It's not often that one can receive unanimous approval for a job well done when trying to please more than 58 people but I have heard nothing but compliments from the homeowners here regarding the job that Rocklane did. They began on July 6 and worked during some of the hottest weather on record completing the work in September. They were very careful to cover plants and shrubs during the work so that nothing was damaged and the results of the work are the subject of praise by everyone with whom I've talked in our complex. During much of the work, they had two crews working and the work progressed very smoothly with no problems for the homeowners here. I would highly recommend this company for your subscribers.

When they put my roof on, they also put gutters on which they sub-contracted to someone. We spent $200 on that work. They worked closely with my insurance company and were in fact recommended by them when I had the roof problem. They also worked very closely with the adjuster and got everything taken care of without any major problems.

We worked with Jay Burkert and couldn't be more pleased with him and the others associated with his company. Despite calling Rocklane well after the damage in June, and knowing he had plenty of other jobs going on, Jay was responsive and able to complete the work well before cold temperatures would have forced us to wait until 2010 for the repairs. Jay worked directly with our insurance company and secured additional funds based on his company's detailed work plan and cost estimates. All work was completed on time and the quality was excellent.

Everything went very well. They are very accommodating. They have done many things that were even outside of the roofing scope of work. Jay Berkert was the overall supervisor and he was very easy to work with.

Very professional. Worked all day to complete roof in one day (7 am to 8 pm) in order to work around rain.

Kevin came and looked at the roof and then gave us an estimate on what it would cost. He then had two guys come over on a Saturday and they completely finished on Monday. The final estimate wound up being less than the initial even though it took longer than Kevin had expected. This was a smaller job for them but you would have never known by the way we were treated. It was wonderful working with Kevin, he explained everything they were doing and what can be done once we have more money to do so.

We really liked Kevin and his crew. We have been dealing with some form of condensation in our attic (especially in the winter months) for a while now and were glad to finally find someone to actually solve the problem for us. He was very responsive to all our questions and concerns though out the entire process.

The estimate that they provide me included work that needed to be done which was not covered under the insurance company's estimate. The itemized work needed and since it was over the insurance estimate they talked to the company and got them to accept all but one small item that needed to be done. Did the repairs quickly and even came back to look at and fix an area that I questioned.

Jay contacted us and provided an estimate right away. He kept in contact as needed, periodically came to see how the work was going during the 2 days the workmen were on site. He also had a job foreman that stayed at the site. All employees were respectful and prompt, working during daylight hours of 7am to approximately 5pm. Jay did a great job of collaborating with us about the flashing and trim, even getting the paint color from me, so they could paint the new flashing trim to match the house. The entire roof was complete within 3 full business days, including trim work and a complete clean up of the area. Great job and I would certainly recommend them to anyone. They were the higher of my 2 bids, but well worth it!!

They are great. The are prompt. They arrived and got it finished in a day. They are neat and cleaned up their mess. They are professional and new what they are doing. They had to strip the roof down and put on the new one. He has had the same crew for a long time.
