The company gave me an estimate over the telephone and came out next day. They were very professional and cleaned up after they were done. I plan on using them again.

We were very pleased with the services. The drapes look great and I did not have to take them down or transport them for cleaning - a real plus as they are very long being in two rooms with 12 foot ceilings. Also, they cleaned several carpets and came back a week later to redo a stain (new puppy) that had returned. Jeff was very courteous and efficient. He did a great job and was very nice to work with. I will definitely use them again.

Robyn came to my home and measured for 6 custom window blinds - in faux wood. It took about 2 weeks for the order. He returned and installed them. I am very pleased with the blinds.

Jeff was very professional and neat. The work went smoothly and my floors look much better. I did not want to go through having my floors sanded, therefore this option worked very well.

He arrived as expected. He was very business-like and cleaned up after he was through. He worked diligently and did an excellent job.

Dave Heiss did the work, he remembered being here before. The only slightly low grade I gave was because he promised he'd be here at a certain time, but he was delayed. But he let me know in a timely fashion. I was very satisfied with the work, as I have been before.

Dave arrived on time. He was extremely nice. He went right to work taking down the blinds. They were cleaned on-site in his truck. They were rehung in less than an hour. They look brand new!!!

The drapes turned out well despite having not been cleaned for several years. The carpet looked very good as well. The timing of each job was a bit longer than promised, but not too long (about a week).

They do a good job. Come in and take them down, and put them back. They don't make a mess. They are flexible.

THE BLINDS WERE TAKEN FROM MY HOME AND NOT RETURNED UNTIL I MADE SEVERAL CALLS--VERY POOR SERVICE.

WE CHOSE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF ALL OF THE GOOD REVIEWS ON ANGIE'S LIST. THEY CAME IN VERY COMPETITIVELY ON THEIR QUOTE, WHICH MADE IT AN EASY DECISION. HOWEVER, AFTER THEY "CLEANED" OUR CARPET, WE NOTICED PENNY-SIZED RUST BROWN SPOTS IN SEVERAL AREAS OF OUR HOME. BECAUSE WE HAD A BABY ON THE WAY, I DIDN'T WANT TO CALL AND HAVE THEM COME BACK. SO THEY MAY HAVE FIXED THE PROBLEM WITH A PHONE CALL, BUT I WOULD HAVE RATHER HAD IT DONE PROPERLY THE FIRST TIME.

CAME ON TIME, DID THE WORK QUICKLY, NO MESS, AND REASONABLY PRICED. GREAT SERVICE.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. I FELT THAT THE PRICE WAS FAIR, ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING HOW DIRTY THE BLINDS WERE. EVERYTHING WAS CONTAINED IN THEIR TRUCK AND THERE WAS NO MESS - THEY JUST NEEDED AN ELECTRICAL OUTLET. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN!

CARPETS LOOKED VERY GOOD AFTER THEY WERE CLEANED. I CALLED AND HAD HIM RETURN THE NEXT DAY. I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT SEVERAL SMALL STAINS DID NOT COME OUT. A RUST STAIN IN THE FAMILY ROOM WAS SUCCESSFUL HOWEVER.

DID GOOD JOB, BUT A RESIDUE WAS LEFT ON DINING AND KITCHEN BLINDS, PERHAPS FROM NOT BEING RINSED WELL ENOUGH OR HUNG WHEN TOO WET. DID A GREAT JOB ON A BLIND THAT WAS STAINED FROM CIGARETTE SMOKE.

HE WAS ON TIME, VERY POLITE, AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
