WE EVEN HAD TO PULL UP SOME CARPETING DUE TO WATER DAMAGE. THE TECHNICIAN HAD A TOOL TO STRETCH THE CARPET AND PUT IT BACK INTO PLACE. WHILE WE DID PAY HIM FOR IT WE FELT HE WENT ABOVE & BEYOND HIS DUTY TO DO THIS.
