Fantastic! They provided us with much information, arrived exactly when promised (8am), did great work, cleaned up after their work 100%, and answered all questions. We had concerns about smells shortly after installation, though they thought it was normal smells as a new water heater begins operation, they immediately sent a serviceman over to double check. He explained all as he went. Very, very happy with Roby's and would gladly recommend them.

They advertise that they will give you the price before they do the work. They did for the bathroom work, but not for the kitchen sink leak. They have said that they will reimburse me $182.00 in order to live up to their ads. I have done business with them before and they were always reasonably priced, up until now.

Dave came out and gave me an estimate on many plumbing projects. We chose to only have the above work done due to budget constraints. Dave came out the following week and completed the work. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up after he was finished.

I have used them for years. I think they did a great job. Dave comes all the time and he's fabulous. I am very comfortable with them and will use them again.

Excellent. We called in the morning and they had Rick out that afternoon. They called before they came and were on time. They assessed the situation and told me what it would involve. Rick and his partner wore shoe covers and had floor covers that they laid down in front of the water heater and around the corner to our front door. I would definitely recommend them anytime and I am happy to have finally found a plumber that I know I can rely on. We have redone 3 houses, top to bottom, and I would rank them as the 1st or 2nd best contractor we've ever used on any job (we've had painters, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, floor layers, HVAC companies, ect.). I wish all companies were this reliable, courteous and well priced. If you are looking for someone that you can use again and again I really suggest this company!

I did not feel confident with this technician. I called the company and they said that if our problem wasn't resolved, they would send out a different person at no cost to us. I felt this was a satisfactory solution.

Discovered leak under kitchen sink and called Roby's since we had used them before. They came out on the same day we called. Plumber checked problem and asked if we wanted it repaired or replaced. We asked for an estimate on replacement and he had a listing with all plumbing charges, looked it up and we decided on replacement of both valves--only one was leaking. He had towels and mats to protect floors and work area, fixed the problem in probably less than half hour, cleaned up after himself and left the area as good if not better than he found it. We recommend this company highly.

It went fine; the plumber was finished in about 45 minutes, so this was a very easy job. He was very courteous and cleaned up the sink after he was finished with the installation.

Dave called me back quickly after I left a message with the service and gave me a quote over the phone. He came to my house immediately and was very pleasant and knowledgeable as he did the work. Even gave me several tips on how to keep a healthy crawlspace. Very satisfied.

Excellent. They called about 15 minutes before they arrived. The tech, Kevin, was very friendly and efficient. He answered our questions and cleaned up after himself.

The technician, Kirk, was very nice, and they explained the features of the heater well. I was pleased with the price, it was competitive, after I had been very discouraged trying to get this from Home Depot. Kirk also looked at our kitchen faucet that was making erratic noises, and not working well. He quickly spotted the problem of some build-up in the faucet head. He cleaned this, and removed the aerator piece, and told us to soak that in vinegar to get the sediments removed (this service was no extra charge!). They were clean, friendly, and called before they arrived. Roby also sent us a thank you card for the business. We did not even get that when we purchased a new car!

We've used Roby's before and been happy with the work. They call ahead of time and are personable as well as knowledgeable.

I was in a bind after hours with a rapidly flooding basement. They showed up quickly and installed the new pump quickly to get the water out of my basement. Of course I had to pay over $600 for a $140 sump pump in exchange for being saved.

The work report/statement lacked an itemized report. The plumber did not describe what was done. He was here no more than 20 minutes, smiled and left. (Part of my lack of information was due to the fact that I neglected to check w/office to inquire re: Basic "show up" charge, etc., when requesting the work, and failed to ask for an itemized statement; however, plumbers from previously used company always itemized their work on the work report/statement).

It went very well. I was very impressed by the professionalism and the fair pricing.

Dependable. Good work and punctual. Their pricing has always been reasonable, too.

Water heater went out on Sunday. Found Roby's on Angie's List and called them at 7:00 am on Monday. I expected to get an answering machine, but Larry answered. Told him that our water heater was starting to leak and was producing extremely hot water. He had someone at our house by 9:00 am and we had a new water heater installed by 10:30. Rick came to evaluate our existing water heater. He gave us two options for replacements. We chose the smaller water heater and have been extremely happy with it. We were extremely pleased with their service!

I had used Roby's before to install a water heater and was pleased with their work. I called Roby's after my exterior water faucet stopped completely shutting off and after the guy at the hardware store recommended it might not be a "do-it-myself" job. They called the afternoon before to say the technician would be 1/2 hour later than originally scheduled. The technician was prompt and efficient and left no mess. I also appreciate that they charge by the job, not by the hour. My plumbing is old and the job probably took a lot longer (a couple of hours altogether) than it would in a newer house, but I wasn't surprised by the bill. It's also nice that they send a thank-you card (with coupon for the next call) after the job is done!

Technician arrived on schedule, diagnosed the problem correctly from the beginning. When I did not believe the toilet needed replacement he graciously investigated other possible sources of the problem that I proposed and he proved me wrong.

Plumber diagnosed problem and gave us recommendations on the solution.

They have very fast service during after hours. When you have an inch of water in your basement you are so thankful.
