On the one he fixed, it started leaking after they were done. They just wanted to sell me new toilets and not do the work that I wanted.

They came out and took care of the problem. The experience went really well and they were prompt and the prices were not low or outrageous. They did everything that they said they would and were very neat and cleaned up the mess.

It went well. I called early in the day and they came out later that afternoon, right on time and efficiently cleared the clog and made sure that everything was draining properly, including the drain from the dishwasher.

It was very positive, this is the second time I have worked with them. Generally they can come the same day, they have a fee per service, they don't charge by the hour so you know what you will pay upfront.

It was a great experience because they came out and looked at the problem, then presented me with what my options were. They were able to fix it that day.

I had one company out to give me an estimate to replace our water heater and got an estimate of over $2000. My husband and I thought it sounded high so we called some other companies from Angie's List. Roby's gave me an estimate of $1198 and could come do it today if I would like; it was already 1:00 pm. I told them to come on out. They arrived about 2:00 pm and the service man did say because of the difference in brands he would have to move my supply lines and shorten the vent and that would be $78 more than the estimate. I thought that sounded reasonable. From start to finish he was done in 2.5 hours.

They came out right away to fix the problem. I appreciated their promptness. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

Good experience from beginning to end.

They gave excellent service. They responded and replaced the water heater within a day of when I called. The workers were very pleasant and helpful.

The company was very responsive and gave me same day service. However, I think the price charged for the service required was outrageously high. I was also quoted a price for the installation of a battery back up for the sump pump that was twice as high as other estimates I have since received.

They were very professional. They wore booties as not to make a mess on my floors. They took the time to explain everything to me. My home was not up to code, so they installed an 80 gallon water heater that was up to code. Also, they added all new pipes. They did a great job.

Everything went very smoothly. No problems at all.

It was good, they came out on time and they didn't take very long. The guy was very nice and knowledgeable and also very clean and tidy and got the job done in a short time.

Initial visit diagnosed a cracked sink. Picked out new sink and appliances. On installation day, when the old sink (European design) was removed, the new Kohler sink (even though the external dimensions were the same) did not require as large a hole in the countertop. When the countertop was repaired, prompt installation was accomplished.

I think that this company does very good work and that their prices are pretty much in line with anyone else's. I would give them A's for everything across the board.

I had the old heater drained before they arrived. In a little over an hour the old unit was removed and the new water heater installed. They were careful to cover my hall floor and stairs to the basement to prevent damage. Dave was very courteous and answered all my questions.

I have been using their services for quite awhile now. They are very dependable and very reasonable. I have never had a problem with them. I am satisfied with their service.

He found the problem quickly and let us know it would not be an expensive fix. He did a great job. I appreciate that he wasn't trying to overcharge. We got a $20 Angie's List member discount. His appearance and demeanor were very professional.

Rick arrived right on time, the same day that I had called. They were very accommodating in working around my schedule. Rick was extremely professional and pleasant. He found our problem and fixed it all within 45 minutes.

I replaced the entire mechanism in toilet tank but still had leaking between tank and toilet while flushing. Roby came out to explain I had it done correctly 99% but needed a custom gasket for the toilet tank. Charged me $223.00 for parts and labor. Technician advised my water pressure was very high and recommended a thermal expansion tank to help regulate the pressure. He installed tank on main water line in basement which took just about an hour to install start to finish. The charge for that was $471.00. A total cost of $694.00 which seems excessively high when you consider the tank only costs $30.00 - $40.00 according to a plumbing supply distributor. Roby does good work and are professional and timely but their pricing is very high.

We have been using their services for about five or six years. We like and trust Matt and we always ask for him. He always comes on time and he does good work.

Overall it was an excellent experience. The price was better than most. They came and installed the water heater and it was excellent. It only took them about an hour and a half, and they took my old system away. I believe they did a better quality installation than any of my previous installers.

They were very professional, timely and pragmatic.

Every thing went very well, and the plumber even went out of his way to get a replacement shower head for me when the manufacturer was giving us the runaround on the phone. He took it into his own hands, made a special trip and got the new head instead of me having to spend more time on the phone and then have one shipped to me. Really appreciated that. Only problem was, took a lot of research and tried a $200 part on my dual shower head (which did not help at all, by his own admission) before figuring out what was causing the low pressure. It wouldn't have taken any new parts after all but my bill did not reflect that. It was a tough, foreign made shower head though, and he did handle himself very professionally until he got it figured out. Water pressure was eventually fixed but after a few days is back to working poorly.
