Roby's Plumbing

The work turned out great. I used the coupons for the job. I use them all the time. If I call them, they are usually here that day. They are here when they say they are going to be here. I find the work to be good. They clean up after themselves. I find them excellent in terms of all service parts of their business. The price is probably in line with everybody else. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Kevin arrived on time (after calling to say he was on his way) and check out the gurgling sound. He immediately said it wasn't a blockage but was just air in the pipes. He told me how to eliminate the problem with a simple solution of filling the sink with hot water and then draining it with the disposal running. After doing this, the problem was solved - all in a matter of five minutes. The most surprising part was when I asked what I owed him, he said nothing! Not even a small service charge for making the trip. We will definitely use Roby's for any plumbing needs in the future. They were professional, efficient and provided great service.

I was impressed because they sent out a "How was our work" form. They weren't the cheapest but I was very happy with the work that was done. It's been a couple of years but remember that I was very pleased with them.

I needed someone to provide service the same day as I had a bad leak in my crawl space. I called Roby's and within a few hours a technician arrived. Dave Crocco was very patient and explained the procedure. While in the crawl space he also identified another leak (not plumbing related) and gave me several ideas on how to fix it the problem. Overall I was very impressed and would use, as well as recommend, Roby's in the future.

They have always come right out when I call them. They are very professional and good at explaining what they are doing. They are always on time and call ahead to let you know they are on their way.

I had a pipe seam break behind the toilet which then caused a leak both upstairs and downstairs. They came out within 20 minutes. They did the work immediately, and they were great. They were very educational and made sure that all my questions were answered. They were very nice and very professional. I have used them several times, and my experience with them has been excellent. I will definitely call them again if I need any plumbing work done.

These guys are awesome. They have been doing plumbing repairs on my home(3) for over 20 years. Larry, who answers the phone is much more than an operator, he knows a lot about plumbing too. The technicians almost always have the parts they need and take the time to explain what needs to be done and why. I trust their work, today they are working at my bosses house because I recommended them.

I had Roby's out twice in less than two weeks last fall. First, our outside backyard faucet started leaking and had to be replaced. The technician came out and resolved the issue very fast. He was even nice enough to look at my furnace and giggle the furnace door so that it would work again! (It wasn't closed all the way and wouldn't come on...). A week later we had no hot water. I called in the middle of the afternoon and a technician was at my front door in less than an hour. We had hot water 3 hours later. Both experiences were great, professional and fast. I will use them again!

We liked just about everything about them. They came here exactly when they said they were going to come and seemed to know what they were doing. The heater is working fine, and we have not had any problems. We did not have other people out here or get quotes from other people, so I don?t know how to rate their price, but I thought that it was fair.

They are very efficient with timing and were ready to come out last night. They cleaned up after themselves really well. Their prices are a little high.

Once they heard the problem, they just cleaned the main drain to the sewer.

Roby responded promptly to both calls. On Jan 27 they did the repair work and took care of some deferred plumbing matters: checked the water heater, replaced washer fill hoses and replaced the sump pump. The Roby servicemen were promp, professional, very fair in their pricing, and helpful with their suggestions. There was no charge for the initial visit on on Jan 24. I will continue using them for my regular plumbing needs.

They did an excellent job and were pleasant and professional. They were easy to schedule, came promptly as promised, found the leak, fixed it and cleaned around. I got their name from people that had used them in the past and were satisfied, and so I tried them. I have had no complaints. I would recommend them to another friend or family member. I would definitely use them again.

They were very quick about the work. They were also very responsive. When I call, they are fairly responsive. They are always reasonably priced. They are extremely knowledgeable and capable.

The repair person showed up early (by 1.5 hours). That was not a problem but I should have guessed he did not intend to do any repair since he had NO TOOLS. I showed him the water heater - a Kenmore Power Mizer 9 purchased in 2008. He saw that it sat in a spill pan and immediately said it was a problem with the air filter underneath. He would not attempt to clean it and immediately tried to sell us a new water heater from Rheem - Roby Plumbing must also sell Rheem because that was the Logo on his shirt. The biggest problem we had was his nasty attitude when he found that we wanted the current water heater fixed - not replaced (no money in fixes versus sales). We contacted a friend and fixed it ourselves 1 hour after he left. There is no excuse for this type of treatment from a company that advertises itself as a repair resource. We were willing to pay good money plus their weekend premium to fix our problem and all they did was try to sell us a new heater. Bad business ethics from ROBY'S PLUMBING INC. and I will not use them in the future and suggest no one else do either. They violated my trust in them.

Everything went great. I would recommend Roby for water heating installation.

On time, tidy, good installation. I thought cost of installation was high. Took 2.5 hours, which I thought was fairly long for an uncomplicated job.

The drain and toilet cost was very reasonable. He advised me how to keep the toilet from having the same trouble in the future (don't use drop-in tank bleaching tablets). The plumber also advised me that the kitchen faucet was under warranty and I could get free parts. If he ordered them, it would have cost me a lot. Then I asked him to take a look at my water softener, which I knew was broken. He gave me an estimate and then stayed and repaled it on the spot. Excellent service!

Roby's sent someone within an hour of my call. The person who took the call told me how to get the water heater/water turned off to that area. Found leak, called to get someone to bring a replacement, removed and replaced water heater.
