I called on a Saturday morning and he was here before noon.

They were able to get us an appointment same-day and within a couple of hours the sink was completely fixed and for a reasonable price. I couldn't be happier with the service we received.

Everything is working great! They were really good. I was extremely pleased with their services. My neighbor enjoyed their services as well. They were quick with their services and we have not had any problems.

I had been in a motorcycle accident, so couldn't do it myself. Figured at the outside it would be maybe $200. Remember I'm supplying RO system, lines, and valve.I'd had Roby's do work for me a couple times in the past, and was impressed with their professionalism, and quality of work. Not so much the price, as they are kind of high, but good work.I called Roby's for an estimate, and a Roby's plumber showed up the same day, early evening. The estimate was for $789!!!!!!!!!!!!It shouldn't even cost that much if they supply the RO system! (IMO) I don't know if he was trying to take advantage of me because I was immobilized or what, but he said he could do it right then. I said I don't think so! He asked why, and I said it was way higher than I expected, he asked how much I thought it should be, and I said not more than $200. He said, well, that's the estimate. I said no thanks, and he left.I was so ticked off!My daughter's boyfriend said he'd do the sweating of the valve, took him 10-15 minutes. I drilled the two holes into the crawl and my son crawled and routed the poly line- about 20-30 minutes. Even though my leg was immobilized, I got down and connected the poly lines and hooked up the drain adapter- total time about 1 hour. ( I was still ticked off)No leaks, RO system works perfectly, water tastes excellent from sink and fridge.Extremely disappointed in Roby's cost estimate. Will not call them again.I should point out that this was a different employee than the one that had done work for me in the past. In the past he had been polite and professional. This guy not so much.

Roby's did an outstanding job. Their price was better than other companies. They showed up on time, did the work quickly and were very professional. Their work was first rate, and we have had no problems whatsoever. Greatest testimonial is, we would use them again for any plumbing work we need done.

He was very thorough. He checked the downstairs bathroom where we thought we had a leak. He informed us there was no leak, but found two pipes that needed replaced and he replaced them. The price was very fair considering the amount of work that he did. He had an answer or a solution for all of our problems!

They were really nice. They noticed a small gas leak.

I found Roy's Plumbing on Angie's List. I called on a morning when the water heater was leaking. They came out that afternoon. It was a very tricky replacement and they were very professional and never got grouchy. They worked all afternoon. They didn't anticipate the job being quite so cumbersome.

We are very happy with them. We don’t know how much they charged us the last time. They’re very good. They’re attentive and they come on time. They’re honest as well. We don’t have anything to compare their prices to but they seem reasonable.

They came out late in the day to fix the sink and it was plugged again. They sent another person out to look at the sink and it was not plugging. Then when he left the sink was plugging again. The last trip they came out for they seemed a bit upset with the recurring sink issue. They did not really explain the issue.

Our water heater started leaking the night before, called first thing the next morning and they offered to come out the same day. Answered all of my questions over the phone and even offered some advice so it wouldn't get worse until they could get out to service the equipment. Called to say they were on their way and showed up on-time to the minute. Very professional and friendly, determined we needed a new water heater and offered their suggestions. Very knowledgeable about a variety of products and offered different options based on our needs and the space allotted in our basement. Once I agreed to the replacement, they had a new water heater out to our house in a matter of minutes, total time from the service technician arriving to fully installed was 2 hours. They were very careful bringing in the new heater, laid tarps out over any surface that the dolly would be traveling over, and worked quietly and efficiently while installing the new heater. They explained everything before leaving and were courteous and professional with every aspect of the job! They even cleaned up the basement, there was excess water on the floor which they cleaned up and pulled back the corner of the area rug that we had down on the floor to allow it to dry. When I told the technician he was leaving our basement in better condition then when he found it, he just told me that's how he would want it done if it were his home. Amazing company, highly recommend, will call them for all future plumbing needs!!

I had a completely plugged kitchen drain that I had tried to fix myself using a snake and plunger with no luck. The next morning I called Roby's plumbing and Dave arrived within an hour of my call. He assessed the situation completely and then brought in an industrial snake and the job was done in 30minutes. He also helped me assess some other plumbing issues I had in my new house I had recently purchased. I will definately use him and this company again.

We had used Roby's in June to fix a fairly minor sump pump issue, and the person who came to our house was great. He was prompt, fast and friendly. Our water heater recently went out, and Roby's sent someone to our house within 30 minutes to inspect it and provide options for replacement. Within a few hours, they had removed our old water heater and replaced it. The gentleman who was at our house was very professional and knowledgeable. We have been very pleased and will use them again!

I contacted Roby's Plumbing in August 2011 concerning repairing a water shut-off valve that was stripped. Rick was my technician. He encountered several issues with turning off my main water line due to the design of my condominium community. I ended up having to contact my property management company to obtain detailed plans of the water line location for each unit in order to complete the repair. But due to Rick's detailed explanation I was able to explain the type of valve I wanted installed and have them price match Roby's estimate. When I decided I wanted a water softener added and possible a new water heater repaired Roby's was my first choice and who showed up to provide the estimate, yes Rick. He provided a detailed explanation of the type of water softener he wanted to install and even provided some literature & encouraged me to research the unit. The quote for the water heater included a 6 year warranty on the unit, 3 year warranty on labor and 1 year warranty on parts. After researching I found that the water softener & water heater quotes he provided were several hundred dollars cheaper than the competitors with longer warranty periods. Rick did an excellent job installing both items. He even repaired my kitchen sink faucet without my asking at no charge.

They always do a good job. They're courteous and they always put slippers on when they come in.

It was a simple job but we needed it done that day. Very nice and competent serviceman.

The service person removed and installed a back up sump system. The work was professional and completed within three hours.

The technician was prompt and courteous and completed the work in about an hour. This is the second time I've used Roby's and would definitely call them again.

Robey's did an excellent job installing the water heater and when a secondary problem arose they were quick to fix it. I will be sure to Robey's if I have any future problems.

I iwas very pleased with Robey's service especially since the plumber had to make his repairs wading around in 10 inches of water. he gave me an appraisal of the system when finished and told me that these pumps should last a lot longer than the previous ones.

Service tech very professional. The replacement parts are of much higher quality than what I had before. Works great now -- very pleased.

Great - the Plumber was on time, courteous, and prepared for the appointment. He assessed the problem quickly and took the time to explain what was going on. I really appreciated the way the he explained how I could do some of this on my own; I think it's a sign of a repair company's dedication to their customers when they will help you to learn to do the minor repairs so that you're not dependent on them (and they you can call them for the big stuff!). After he was done, he showed me what he had done,and I paid him the amount that was discussed up front. Great work and would use again!

We've used Roby on about 3 occasions. I think they are very expensive, but they always come right away---usually the day I call. Nice, courteous and get the job done. In emergency situations, it is worth the extra money. On the last visit, we had flooding through our ceiling. The dispatcher told me how to turn off the water and how to release the pressure in our ceiling so it didn't cave in. They were able to send someone out that afternoon.

I have used them a couple of times. They are professional and know what they are doing. I think their pricing is comparable to most other area plumbers. I will use them again in the future.

They are really good. The workers are prompt, professional and really reasonable. They been doing it forever; all their workmen are extremely creative and they tell us things other plumbers have been doing wrong for a long time. This company is fabulous and I will use them again in the future.
