Our agent was ok, but not very good for first time home buyers. We knew nothing about buying a home and expected some guidance in the process. When the agent first contacted my husband, he asked "Yeah, what did you want?" We were taken aback a bit by that but continued on. The agent assumed we knew the process of home buying and was a bit curt at times when questions were asked. We were extremely glad that the process was over and probably will not be using this particular agency again. I will go with someone I know next time, if there is a next time.
