I waited about 15 minutes, which I would not have had to do if I had made an appointment. They did not charge me for the notary service, but that may have been because I am a customer. I would use this provider again.

They are always friendly and service oriented. They are really attentive. I do not have to wait for really long as someone would try and help me right away.

I really like them. They are closely located to where I stay.

Very easy to work with...made payments at the branch offices and customer service was always good.

Chip listened to exactly what I wanted. The type of loan, the rate, the parameters of my loan, and he came back with the information I needed. He did not try to pressure me into different types of loans I did not want or pressure me into higher, variable interest rate loans, he listened and did what I asked. It was wonderful! I am impressed with Chip, not necessarily Regions. I will follow Chip wherever he may go.
