The cleaning crew arrived on time, were neat in appearance and polite.
They explained what they would be doing in detail.
They were not noisy, they worked efficiently and more important they did a wonderful job.  Pet stains from the prior owner's pet and my own that had not been able to be removed by other carpet cleaners are GONE.

Joe has been to my house twice.  First to clean a soiled sofa, and the second time to clean a large room of carpet and a flight of stairs.  He was prompt, personable, and both the sofa and the carpet look great after he cleaned them.  I am a happy customer!

We have used Real Green Cleaning twice now, and have been incredibly impressed both times.  They were very prompt in setting up an appointment and showed up at our house right on time.  Joe (the owner) is really friendly and is a pleasure to work with.  Best yet, our furniture looked like new when he was finished!  We have small children, so getting our furniture clean is no small job.  My wife and I also feel good that Joe uses all natural cleaning solutions.  We will definitely have Real Green Cleaning come back soon, and we've already referred them to our friends and family.

This is the third time I have used this service.   I have been more than pleased with each visit.  My carpet gets a lot of wear and spills from grandkids.  After the cleaning, my carpet looks great once again.  Joe is punctual and professional with this service.  My questions are always answered and the job is completed in a timely manner.  Pricing is great and ensures that I would continue to call again for carpet cleaning.  I would absolutely recommend Real Green Cleaning to my family and friends.

Joe rescued me.  Our first great grandson is coming to see us on Monday, and I emailed Joe on the Wednesday before, hoping he just might have time to clean up our living space enough so a 15-month-old toddler would be safe.  He responded very quickly that he would be available on Friday.  He arrived at the appointed time, his usual smiling cheerful self.  He got to work, and in less than an hour it all was cleaned up, including a couple of bugs that sought passage through the room.  Joe has cleaned up after us for several years.  We've been very pleased with his work, his demeanor, and his cost.  We will call him again.

Provider came promptly when called and was very flexible with scheduling.  Was timely when scheduled and completed the job correctly and on the first attempt.  Wonderful service and carpet dried quickly.  Will definitely be using Real Green Cleaning again in the future!

Our experience with Real Green Cleaning was excellent,  Joe was very professional and makes you are happy with the job they have done.   I like that the cleanings are done with safe chemicals and are safe for the kids and pets in our home.   I would use them for sure again!!

Great Service! Fast, professional. The carpet dried real quick. Did NOT smell like carpet cleaning solution afterwards.  This company is wonderful! Our carpet looks like new!  We will definitely use this company again.   They are GREAT! 

We had trouble finding a time that worked for them to come out. When we finally got it figured out it didn't take too long to clean the loveseat or living room floor. When they were done they showed me where one area was just worn and I thought that was fine. They explained it would take and hour or two for them to dry. 5 hours later the high traffic areas are still wet. I took a white washcloth to the area to dry it and was disturbed to see how much dirt transferred to the cloth. It feels like we wasted our money and we will not be using them again. some things you just have to do yourself. I took a picture of the washcloth. It shows dirt from 20 seconds of scrubbing.

This is the 3rd time we've used the company and had a good experience once again. The company is easy to schedule with, arrives on time and completes a job well done in a timely manner.

All went well. At my home and at the rental property. What I liked was I just told him the location of the place, that the key was in the lock box and go ahead and go to it (for the rental). My house I met him there and he and his helper were attentive to what I was asking for and understood what I needed. Finished in a timely manner and the carpets were not soaking wet (thank you). Also they didn't bring along any big equipment or a huge truck, generator and gallons of water. Nice. I like that they are environmentally conscience.

Both rooms' carpets were quite dirty.  He did a through job and they came out great.  Friendly, courteous, happy to explain his work.  I continue to stick with Real Green Cleaning.

The service went well...he did a nice job. After it all dried, there was a decent amount of dog hair that I still needed to vacuum up but otherwise its still nice to have a clean couch!

Okay sorry I kind of describe this in the prior question but again they did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets stairway and couches. We would definitely recommend real Green cleaning to anyone and have a few times since our last cleaning with them.
