I called Quick Cutt on the morning of Jan 13 - asking for snow removal. They showed up that day and cleared my driveway and side walks at the house. It was freezing that day and I know they had several homes to clear snow that day. But they showed up and did a great job. We are so grateful for the hard work and commitment.

I am very happy with quik cut - the start to our relationship was rocky because I screwed up - I had an emergency lawn problem because my mower had died and I hadn't gotten around to getting it fixed or getting a new one. my lawn got in major bad shape - very long - very weedy and I needed someone in a hurry. I called up quik cut and he agreed to come out to my house as soon as I was available. and then the screw up was that I wasn't home when he got there - I had another emergency (isn't that the life!!) and so I missed him! I was frantic because I had to get my lawn mowed or i'd be in trouble with the city - so I called him back and apologized and he came right over and took care of my lawn. it was wonderful. they did a great job - I've had them do my lawn a couple more times (having trouble getting my mower act together) and they also put weed and feed down for me. I really like them and will continue to have them help me with my yard.

My wife and I recently had a baby and with all the rain, I didn't have time to mow the lawn. It got long enough that I didn't think my push mower could handle it. I called QuickCutt and the gentleman came out the same evening and did a fantastic job. He went over the lawn twice and spend a lot of time leaf-blowing the entire lawn to make sure there were no clumps of grass lying around. It was evident he cared about doing the job well, not just getting it done. I would definitely recommend QuickCutt.

Very disappointing that you can not get someone to even return a phone call or respond to your voicemail after they ask you to call them. I am not one to want to ever write bad reviews for anyone, but I know that I am the type of person that I read reviews on companies before I contact them. You would think companies would respond better

We have a fairly large yard with a lot of shrubs and beds. Mr. Montgomery was prompt to respond, quick to come out and did a very thorough job. He was friendly and professional. I will call him again.

Theron returned my initial message right away and made it to the house the same day I contacted him even though it was a busy day for him, which I really appreciate. The driveway and sidewalks look terrific! I will not hesitate to use Theron and the Quick Cutt team in the future. My only "C" grade was for price because this same service costs us $40 the two prior winters and I paid Quick Cutt $65.

The gentleman I spoke with was working a job but he took my information and said that he would call me back after he completed the job. He never called back. I called the company back and left a voicemail. They never called back. That was at 9:54 this morning. It is now 7:47 in the evening. Not very professional. Will probably never contact them again for any services.

Mr Montgomery did an excellent job removing last night's snow from my driveway and all sidewalks. He also rearranged his schedule to accommodate my need to have the driveway by a specific time. I like how he gives his customers choices of snow depths that will trigger his efforts (he'll come out after a 2 inch snow, 3 inch or 4 or more - I have him coming out when snow depth is 3 or more).

It went very well. It was almost $1600 for two trees. It was very good. They were concerned about it. They showed me where the trees had rotted. They talked to me about it. I just think they did a good job. They called before they were coming.

If I could give Quik Cutt a grade higher than an A I would. A++++++. I bought a home and the yard hadn't been tended to in 4 months. I called Quik Cutt and they completely took care of the lawn that same day for a reasonable price.The difference is incredible. I am going to be using them from now on for all of my yard needs. Also very professional as well and easy to get ahold of. This was the best experience with a yard service I have ever had.

It was difficult to communicate with him but we got the agreement done.
But during the first mowing the mower guy said his trimmer broke and he would have to come back later to fix it. He never did return.
The second mowing was very poor quality - the grass was of varying length and there were small spots all over the place that looked like they were missed. (It appeared to us that the blade was not sharp.) And the mower left before my parents could view his work.
So we had what we consider 2 incomplete jobs completed.
Throughout our work with Quik Cutt, it was very difficult to contact them, particularly after we agreed on the work to be done. I would leave voice mails on their phone numbers but would almost never get a call back. We never knew if or when they were going to come mow the lawn - they just showed up. The only time communication was ever good was when I informed them (through Angie's List) that we were not going to work with them anymore - then they got back to me right away making excuses, and eventually demanding fully payment for 2 mows. I thought he was joking, but agreed to pay for 1 mow since they did come out to do some work. I was then threatened with late fees if I didn't pay immediately, even though we never received any invoice from them.
To his credit, Theron did ask what the quality problem with the second mow was - I think he did want to try to understand the problem and improve his service.
This was a terrible experience and embarrassing for me, who was trying to purchase a gift for my parents. It was a hassle for my parents to deal with too, as they had to find someone else to mow their lawn on short notice. It looks like most of this company's work is good but I still thought it important to let this group know how poor my experience was.

Leaf cleanup was good, but I dont think they cleaned the gutters properly. They apparently blew some leaves out of the gutter, but that isnt what i consider cleaning. Cleaning means getting ALL the accumulated debris removed.

I contacted Mr. Montgomery in late May for weekly mowing and trimming. His response was quick and friendly. He has since mowed my lawn three times. I am very happy with his service. The yard looks so nice when he is finished. I believe he is very honest and trustworthy and would gladly recommend Quik Cutt Landscaping.
