My neighbor had an extra section on his roof and his estimate was lower than mine. I didn't really like their organization and their office wasn't manned. I couldn't get a hold of them when I wanted to.
Description of Work: They were doing my neighbor's roof and I went over and asked for an estimate. They gave me an estimate and replaced my roof.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS HORRIBLE. THEY HAVE NOT STOOD BEHIND THEIR WORK OR HONORED THEIR CONTRACTS.
Description of Work: COMPANY WAS HIRED TO FIND A LEAK. THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME THE COMPANY WAS HIRED BY OUR FIRM. THE COMPANY REP. INDICATED THAT THE DORMER WAS LEAKING AND NEEDED TO BE PARTIALLY REBUILT. THE WORK WAS PERFORMED AND THE HOUSE CONTINUED TO HAVE THE LEAK. A COUPLE OF SERVICE REQUESTS WERE HONORED, BUT ONCE WE FOUND THAT THE AREA WAS NOT DAMAGED TO BEGIN WITH THE COMPANY WAS NOT RESPONSIVE. WE ARE SEEKING A REFUND AT THIS TIME, AND THE COMPANY IS STILL UNRESPONSIVE.

I DIDN'T GO WITH THEM BECAUSE THEIR PRICE WAS HIGHER THAN OTHERS. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND WERE ON TIME.

Description of Work: I HAD THE COMPANY COME TO OUR HOUSE AND BID WORK. THIS TOOK 5 PHONE CALLS AND 4 BROKEN APPOINTMENTS. I THEN APPROVED THE WORK AT THE QUOTED PRICE, AND IT WAS SCHEDULED. THE FIRST APPOINTMENT WAS NOT HONORED, AND 3 SUBSEQUENT APPOINTMENTS ALSO HAVE NOT BEEN HONORED, WITH NO COMMUNICATION FROM THE COMPANY.
