ProSand Luxury Tile

First of all it was a lot of money for an okay job. I would never hire him again  because was not as professional as we I had expected. He did not complete the job and had to come back out to correct the work. The job was poorly done and he was not willing to listen to our feed back.

They seemed to be nice at first, however as the job went on they became a little lazy. They left lights on that didn't need to be, and also didnt put my doors back on. The estimate they gave us was lower than what they billed us for, and after confronting them about the $500 dollar difference they acted like children. The rep from the company seemed like he was trying to intimidate me, and it seemed like he was used to the routine. I would never use them again, and also never recommend them.

First of all I'd like to start by saying that if you want to deal with a disrespectful and rude person, call Carl Padron (President). I contacted ProSand to install a new hardwood floor in my living room after being told by a real hardwood floor PROFESSIONAL that the floor could not be restored due to the extend pet urine stains damage. Furthermore, another reason I called ProSand was due to the fact that the person who I originally contacted to refinish the rest of my floors did not install hardwood floor but rather refinish them.
Once I met with Mr. Padron, he talked me out of replacing the floors claiming that he could eliminate if not 100% at least 95% of the pet stains, so I decided to drop the other floor guy believing what Mr. Padron had told me. Well, my first issue here was that he asked for half the total estimate up front. Seriously, who needs to put down $1,750.00 for sand paper? Anyways, I went ahead and paid him half of the estimate up front.  The day the work began I stopped by the house a few hours later to choose the stain color; to my ?surprise?, the pet stains were not only intact but given the contrast with some section of the undamaged floors they looked ever more grotesque. Even his staff was amazed to hear that Mr. Padron would think that those stains would have come out. Anyways, at that point I called Mr. Padron to tell him that none of the stains had even faded a bit, and here is the more outrageous part of all, he then suggested I?d put down carpet ?? Two days later my wife and I met with him and he was all defensive, disrespectful, and rude. He offered me to return my money and when I finally got the check he actually sent me $1,450.00 back claiming that his staff labor was $300.00.
So, having said that, save yourself a bad experience and find a real hardwood floor professional.

It went very well. All we had to do was remove any decor or small items from our end tables and cabinets, and ProSand did all of the moving of the furniture, work on the floors, and replacement of the furniture. We love the matte finish, and we simply visited family the weekend the repairs ware performed.

This was actually a follow up job.  Carl and his crew did an excellent job in the first place.  I was very pleased with the way the floor turned out.  A couple of days ago, I notice a floor board that was weak from long-ago termite damage and ProSand came right back out and replaced it, stained and finished to match existing.  This was something that I didn't even think was possible!  You will not get a better results or professionalism than ProSand...
