I was very impressed with the work done, though it seemed like they were a little slow. Took over 3 hours to put in one ceiling fan.

The price seemed right and the guy seemed to be pretty thorough on what he said needed to be done in my knowledge.

Although they were 30 minutes late, both electricians were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.  They went straight to the problem I had with a ceiling fan/light fixture and fixed it.  They did a great job changing light fixtures and giving advise on possible future projects.

I liked them so well, I called them back to do some additional work. Though I thought the bill was a little high, he returned and moved an outlet, added an outlet and auto light. Very neat and tidy work.

Brad arrived on time. Since I had bought their discounted 2-hour service, Brad was concerned that the jobs I showed him would take longer than the 2 hours, but I assured him that was okay.  I wanted the work done no matter how long it took.  All went well until the ceiling fan installation.  Unfortunately, I had to leave and put my wife in charge of monitoring the work.  During this time, the electrician noted that there was a ceramic junction box which he did not recommend the ceiling light be attached to.  However, he was not very emphatic that it should be replaced, so my wife didn't really see what the problem was.  Instead, he went ahead and installed the fan and wrote on the ticket that his company would not be held liable for the fan being installed on the wrong junction box.  My wife had to sign the ticket that she accepted responsibility.  He said later that I had not given him instructions to replace the box before I left, so that's why he didn't replace it.  I complained to the company that Brad should have just replaced the box with the proper type to make sure everything was done right.  After all, he was the professional.  I hired him to install a ceiling fan properly, not do half a job and tell us that we had to accept responsibility for improper installation.  The company agreed and sent him out the following week to do it right--all without any additional charge.  In retrospect, it seemed that the electrician was in a hurry to get on with his other jobs for the day. In addition, I should have been there the whole time to monitor.  When all was said and done, the installation turned out great.

We called Pritt Electric upon receiving a coupon for 2 hours of electrical work for $111.  We had never used them before.  We were quite pleased with the result, though it did end up costing us more because of the cost of materials and the fact that the job took longer than 2 hours. 

It was a good experience. They did what we asked them to do. They were very good. He seemed to know what he was doing, had all his tools and equipment needed for the job and finished up on time. Their price seemed reasonable.

Requested an estimate from the company and they sent someone out right away.  I thought that was a good experiance so had them come back out a couple of days later to do the work.  A new 110/15amp line was run from the box to the basement, with minimum cutting and less than 2 hours of work.  The professionalism, workmanship, and punctuality of the company and the service man was outstanding.  I will be calling them again if I get in over my head on any electrical need and have already recommend them to my coworkers.  The $30 coupon is nice too!!

We originally purchased the $99 big deal.  Pritt office staff responded quickly and communication was good throughout the transaction.  Work done changed along the way, and Pritt adjusted accordingly.  Javier arrived promptly the day the work was scheduled.  He communicated well and worked to meet our expectations and changes in plans.  When installing the kitchen can lights, two holes needed to be cut larger because plumbing pipes were in the way, which required further drywall repair by another service provider.  The work was professional and done to our expectations.  We were very pleased and would recommend Pritt and Javier in particular.

They did a great a job, and were very professional. They always called when they were on the way. The price was reasonable. They did quality work, and minimized the damage to our house. They were very respectful of our house. They were great guys.

Did a great job, on-time and efficient. 

Went extremely well. Was very messy as we had new attic insulation recently blown in and it spilled out. It required a total kitchen clean-up afterwards but not fault of Pritt employee.

What was required was some wiring troubleshooting and repair.in my attic. The guy explained and performed the needed work and did it with time to spare. I'm very impressed. Oh yea, and everything works too.

It went very well. The representative was on time, professional and friendly. The only problem was the hole in the wall where the outlet was changed was accidentally made to bit too large and is still visible with the outlet cover over it.

Tom arrived on time, we discussed what I wished to have accomplished for the 2 hour Big Deal.  He felt my requests were within the allowed time frame.  He started with the back patio flood light. corrected a dead short which was keeping it from working.  Then we moved to the porch and coach light switches installing a timer switch to operate both set of lights. Moved upstairs to fix a wiring isssue left by CP Morgan that being I had to turnoff 2 breakers to kill power to work on the lights in the utility closet and 2nd bedroom closet.  Last we replaced the Master Closet switch with a timer switch.  All this took a little more than the alotted 2hour time.  Tom was great.  He even gave me the address  osf a electrical supply company for additional items I needed.

Went great!!  Had an issue and they were back next day!!

Purchased an Angie's List big deal for 2 hours of service.  Requested to have 3 GFCIs replaced and an unfinished switch looked at (no work ended up being performed).  Was very happy with the knowledge of the electrician and he was very friendly, but thought the work would be performed in the 2 hours allotted.  Ended up costing an extra 1 hour of time + materials and had to pay an additional $155.  3 hours seemed a bit long for the work.  Overall, besides price - was happy with the services provided.

Javier arrive on time and ready to work.  I explained that I had a "dead" switch that I wanted to connect to an overhead light.  The original electrician told me what needed to be done but never came back to complete the work. Javier was able to figure out the wiring and replace the switch and get everything working.  I am really happy.

The company called me in advance to get a sense for the projects I needed.  The technician arrived on time and was very skilled and
friendly.  I asked them to repair a few inoperable outlets and light switches.  He also covered an open junction box that was in a very hard place to reach.
He also gave me some suggestions about future lighting & ceiling fan projects we want to tackle in our house.  He was great to work with.

They increased power and left.

Great service starting with calling for an appointment. The two electricians arrived at
the slated time and they were very professional and friendly. They cleaned up after and
made sure the fans were balanced.
We definitely will use Pritt Electric again.

I utilized the Angie?s list Big Deal- although I was a little skeptical.  Thinking they would come in and then try to up sell me on other services or worse tell me the project would take longer than the time provided on Big Deal discount offer.  My fears were instantly put to rest when the Technician came to my house, on-time, looking professional, and very friendly!  I told him what I needed done he quickly got to work fixing the 3-broken switches and dimmer  switch installation in the basement with still an hour left on the Time sensitive service call.  He then asked me if there was anything else I needed completed since I paid for two hours and he only needed 1 hour to complete my tasks.  I have finally found my go to electrician.  YEA!!!

I bought the $99 deal, was called the next day to set up an appointment, and got an appointment within about a week.
Javier, the electrician, was here 5 minutes early, and I showed him the problems.  3 of the fixes were simple (for him). 
The second dead plug, on a GFI circuit, was substantially more challenging.  He used a variety of diagnostic tools and techniques to track the power from the breaker panel, through the attic to the opposite side of the house, found the discontinuity, and fixed it.  Throughout the process, he was totally confident and professional.
He was also very personable, conversing easily while working on the simpler fixes.
The additional $50 was for a new doorbell, which he provided and installed, since the old one had burned out.  Despite working longer than the contracted 2 hours, there was no charge for additional labor.
My only two contacts with the company were the office person who was very professional and proficient, and Javier, who I'll request for any future electrical work.
