Doug is a great guy who hired a sub to do masonry that sabotaged his whole project. He did his best to make it right and worked really hard. His work is top notch, but wouldn't use him in the future for any job involving masonry.

Each job was completed in the time frame quoted. They are professional, courteous and willing to do whatever it takes to make sure the customer is happy. We felt very comfortable and trusted them completely while they were in our home. Highly recommend their work

They did very good. I think that their price was very reasonable. They finished the work in a timely matter. The owner is fairly easy to work with. When I call them they do call back and its easy to get a hold of him. Sometimes you need to contact them to get information but they are very good at responding.

The owner (Doug Jesch) and his son (Matt Jesch) saw this project through from start to finish. They were very professional from the beginning when Doug and Matt both came to prepare the estimate. Two other potential contractors either couldn't do the whole job or didn't have the expertise or staffing to take on such a big job. Once I hired Primed & Ready, the crew consisted of Matt and his team (ranged from 2-4 men each day). They were prompt, courteous and hard working. They stayed on or ahead of schedule and did fantastic work. They were flexible and easy going with my various requests that came up during the job - one being to incorporate more storage in the garage by moving back a rear wall under the stairs. Their quality of work was wonderful and the place looks better than it did before the flood. When they ran into a paint color problem at the end (a defect in the toner from a paint store), they completely repainted two rooms at their own expense so that I did not have to pay the cost for the extra labor required (the paint store provided the replacement paint at no charge). They were patient and thorough and got the job done right.

Matt came out and installed the goal-post. He worked with me in my time frame, he performed excellent service. He charged me 50 dollars less than the estimate.
